I had a cordless and shark sent me the new stratos with the clean sense it’s absolutely amazing my carpet looks like a new carpet. I have a German shepherd and not one single hair is in my carpet yet my other corded shark would still have hair. I’ve had problems with my corded with the suction so they’re now sending me this one. The new stratos ones seem amazing they pick up so much more as the suction is stronger.
@@RJA_World IMO, it worked really well considering the test conditions it got put through! If your house looks like the above then maybe you should hover a smidge more.... Hes basically take it through what is essentially a woodworker's workshop with all them chippings and dust!. The cyclone feature has done it job like a normal cyclone would do in a workshop, Heavy objects fall to the base and the dust and lighter rise and taken away
It looked very impressive at first, but then came typical Shark problem. Cyclone is designed to push dirt upwards and it failed. I have experienced the same issue with my Sharks. For normal use it's ok. Bagless Electrolux what I just bought has horizontal cyclone separate from bin. It hardly clogs ( I had similar Electrolux in the past), but some dust still make it to the pre motor filter. I really like your filming style and editing! Although this is extreme test what people never does in real life. However I do these test and same happens :D
Yes!!! I was impressed at how well it did at first but then got frustrated with how it kept losing suction, had to have another vacuum plugged in to clean the Shark out including the filters 😂 Thank you for the awesome supportive comment regarding my filming style/editing! I try! ✌🏽
@@nikkibasmr Correct, unless they have a lot of dust in their carpets from using an inferior or old worn out vacuum for a while the filter can still clog unfortunately, maybe on the first use or after a few uses But as long as the filters are clean the suction should remain strong (along with the seals being in good condition too) Usually with sharks the filters almost definitely have dust on them after a single use due to their single cyclone design (2 cyclones minimum are needed for optimal dust filtration)
Looked amazing, until we see the state of the filters, the same old Shark issue, dreadful dust separating, Dyson and vax air are much better than a shark , good video 👍🏽
I do agree with your statement, I used to be a fan of Shark but have gone back to bagged vacuums due to my severe allergies. Sharks filtration is sub par, Dyson isn't any better tho, they claim to have hepa filtration but when its tested their filtration is terrible, Dyson doesn't have a sealed filtration as they claim they do like most companies. Just check out a Dyson vacuum filtration review on Vacuum Wars and he will prove they don't have a sealed system like they claim. I haven't used a Vax brand before so I cant say anything about that butt they look like good vacuums
@@thevacuumnerd They do have sealed HEPA filtration. So do these Sharks. The difference is Dyson has better cyclone filtration/more cyclones to filter out finer dust. So Shark filters clog a lot faster.
Can see the appeal of sharks to general consumers of being a compact upright vacuum that just eats anything cause of duo clean aswell as looking nice obviously the cons being completely disposable terrible cyclones and massive unreliability aswell as being built worse then a casdon toy dyson
@@lina.luna98 depends what your looking for if you want a upright I’ll suggest a sebo model there’s many to choose from for different applications they are reliable and good performers or if you want a bagless model there’s also the new dyson balls which are great vacuums too. If you want a cylinder there is Miele or numatic Henry’s which are both powerful and durable vacuums
You and performance reviews both have highlighted the very problem with shark vacuums. So it makes me wonder why other places bang on about how brilliant the shark is. Or is it because they only test it picking up small amounts of hair, cheerios and a little bit of sand and that’s it. Say it’s brilliant due to the clever lift away design and the 2 rotating bars.
You guys must have vastly different models in the uk to over here in the US. That's not a Stratos, that's a vertex with a red floor nozzle. The Stratos over here has a totally reworked cyclone, bin, and motor and looks completely different. They did the same thing a while ago with the apex where they gave it the updated vertex blue floor head and painted it a different color.
Sharks are not meant to have their bin get that full. Once you cross the fill line, the entire filtration will catastrophically fail. Empty the bin before the garbage crosses the max fill line and the vacuum will work like a charm.
You are incredible like there’s no other words!!! Fantastic angles speed and mess!! You always amaze me!!!
LM!!! How I’ve missed you, your lovely comment has made me smile thank you so much for the support 😁✌🏽❤️
I’m always watching just know that ❤️❤️ your welcome 🤗

It’s nice to see a newer U.K model shark actually perform well
It didn't

This was incredibly satisfying for me. Me personally I think the older sharks are better the newer ones are garbage.
My old 850uk broke and they are replacing it with this model. Good to know it performs great

In real life people arent cleaning up messes like this so with regular use and filter cleaning it shouldn't lose suction right?

Those clean passes!!!! 😱😱😱😱😍😍😍😍😍
So satisfying to watch ❤
Glad you enjoyed! 😁
I definitely get it
There’s lots of annoying things about the Shark Duo Clean Lift-A-Way vacuum cleaner I have
This is exactly the type of mess I love. Teach me this magic!
Wow that did a good job!
I would love to see a oreck with a mess test like this ❤🎉
❤❤❤❤
You do realize that if the bin is full, it’s going to overflow into the cyclone correct???
I hadn’t overfilled the bin - the filter clogged way before the bin filled

As usual, awesome mess test!
Sebo X range or the Happy Henry are more suited for these types of heavy dust cleaning.

Oooo that’s crunchy
Amazing video!!
Shark also makes the Nutri Ninja blender which is also abysmal.
One thing I’d never pick that up in my new Vaccume. That’s crazy
Do you think you do the same test with George. It would be interesting. Looks like the Shark is failing miserably, thats why older Dysons are better.
Does your carpet not go really bad condition if you pour all this mess?
Nope, as long as it’s vacuumed properly with a good vacuum it’s absolutely fine
You should have swept most of that up before vacumming. DIY: How to Kill a Vacume

It has the odor thing.
does this have a 750w or 800w motor?
I don’t remember, but I can’t imagine 50W making much difference
Your filling up the dust cup too much. That's why it's getting debris caught up top like it is.
hear me out , this mess with a hoover turbopower
I think sharks were a bit better back then. Even without the duoclean and zero m tech.

Unfortunately some things are garbage. Much rather have a dyson for that mess or even a henry.
Dysons are the worst vacuums going. Absolute waste of money.
@@marcbaigrie2295 I do agree.
thank you with the get a dyson there so much better
my shark failed to sepreate the durt and it is so anoing
4th and hello
another plant pot mess?
The shark stood no chance with real household dust unfortunately
My v15 broke *sigh* well the filter did
