yeah and the Florida Wildlife Commission would like it removed too. Abandoned traps are called 'ghost traps' and are a big problem in Florida, usually in salt water.

Great video it looks like the end of you net is threaded - bet you could go to Home Depot and get a painters pole for a roller and extend it out like 7 feet or so give you a little more reach could probably net some of those sewers as well
