How to Cut A Roll of Vinyl Wrap to Make Stripes For Cheap

Local decal shops will install twin stripes for between $500-1000. Precut vehicle specific decal kits are available online for $200-300 but what happens if you mess up one of the precut pieces? I found inexpensive vinyl wrap but it was too wide for my stripes. This video shows how to cut down a roll of vinyl to make your own cheap stripes.
