Great presentation! I think one essential part shall be noticed also, that is trusting the team. What I have noticed, many startup founders have issues with trusting marketing and / or sales people, who shape the go-to market strategy. Founders at some point become focused on the money making aspect which falsely makes them believe if ghey target all different markets they will have a better turnover. This creates that mistrust in the team, when founders insist the teams send out marketing emails to a wide - range of potential customers and blur the value proposition.
What was the focus for companies like Facebook and Twitter? Just need some clarification as to how they started. Very interesting, keep up the good work.
