I am not sure about the utility cloak, the lock delay seems like it might be annoying. Why do you run that? I like the fit otherwise, I might go blow my anniversary gnosis up with this fit.
My Gnosis has a cloak so I can get through low sec camps and some null sec one, also good when you need to afk in space the Gnosis has a fast locking speed and with a cloak it's not that slow. The Gnosis is an easy target and the idea is to be chased so I don't need the lock speed like you would if camping or hunting anyway if I'm hunting a Gnosis would not be a ship to use as most targets can run faster.

Unique putting a cloak on a solo ship. I can see where it is useful, and I guess the gnosis has high enough scan res that it's okay.
