I love your love for the Lord 🥰🥰🥰. I’m a caretaker of my 33 year old severely developmentally disabled son and he’s very challenging. His sleep schedule is upside down but I sleep when he sleeps. Stress is a big issue. This is why diets have always been so challenging!! But I’ve been carnivore now for a little over a month and I am feeling so good. I’ve lost almost 35 pounds since March starting with keto. My stomach issues are so much better. I have fatty liver, gallstone, and diverticulitis issues. Still have belly fat and have a treadmill coming. It’s not always easy to exercise with caring for my son. My husband balances this so much better than I do. Please keep me in prayers and thank you for sharing your journey ❤. It has helped me so much 🥰🥰💞🙏🏻💞
There was one mother that put her daughter with Down's syndrome on Keto (mostly carnivore) and saw huge improvement in her daughter's functioning. Could you and your son try that? Look for that on Dr. Boz's channel.
One of my habits is doing pushups daily. I started with 1 yes 1 pushup , on my knees and increased by 1 each week and now I’m up to 11 per day and once I get to 20 girlies I’m going back to 1 per day but full body pushups and they are getting easier. Setting Habits do help! Start small and build up. Great info Kelly! Awesome content as always
I'm so, so, soooo glad you did this video on dopamine! Thank you for the encouragement to make this video, Dana! And thank you for all you do in the groups every single day and for the joy and wisdom that you bring to my life. ❤️
@@myzerocarblife I cannot tell you how desperately I needed this today. You, my friend, are my far, the most genuine and real person I have found on RUclips. I taught hugh school English and history for 15 years, and I thought I was a pretty decent teacher….but - YOU - this is certainly your gift! Thank you for being so helpful. Thank you for sharing your faith throughout this entire teaching. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. I am 12 days in….husband is 7 months. Struggling to make myself eat, but I’m not quitting. I really needed to hear the parts about dopamine, as I have some addictions I am fighting. Been a smoker since I was 13 years old--really would like this to be a season where I can finally kick that habit. Prayers would be most appreciated. Also- regarding macros- is it 1.2-1.4 G protein per kg of desired body weight or 1 G protein per 1 lb of desired body weight? I’ve listened to you and Dr. Bright recommend to do it by kg, but then I hear contradictory info from Berry, Chaffee, etc. Recommendation would be appreciated. Desired weight is 115. I am extremely active. I have my macros set at 1812 calories, 71 G protein, and 129 g fat.
I have not watched Kelly in a long time even though she is the one most responsible for helping me find Carnivore. I told myself that she has too much energy for me. Dumb, I know. I watched today. Kelly is an amazing teacher and it just flows out of her mouth. Would love to see a compilation of Kelly's favorite quotes. I only have two. "It is a million times easier to have none than it is to have one." "I would never reward myself with something that got me sick in the first place." Thanks Kelly!
"....without being addicted to *something* that hurts you." That's the bottom line, isn't it?. Some THING could easily be replaced with the word SOMEONE. It's not too unlike an abusive relationship we need to remove ourselves from. Thanks, Kelly
I agree wholeheartedly. Fill your wave pool, find the joy 😊 Sleep, sunshine, movement, good food. For me that's fatty meat. I like the thread of this video curves and winds like a river. The quiet time in our day is very important. Doing the hard work is also important. Those Habits can start tiny and build slowly. Reward is simply joy
My dad had a doctorade degree in Microbiology and in the 80s it was popular a pill to accelerate fat burning. He told me that was a bad idea because the brain has a lot of fat. And if you take a pill to dissolve the fat in the body, it will dissolve the fat in the brain and thats unhealthy. Then was the low fat diet. Terrible idea he said. So now Im laughing remembering his words when you said “ make sure your daily intake is 60-80% of total calories”. That’s why you poop so well. Great advice
I love watching your videos, not just listening, because I love the pictures and words that you share! Thanks for all you do for this Carnivore community! You're such a joy!
I don’t comment on any other RUclips videos except for yours. You give so much in-depth information and you deliver it in a way that’s easy to understand. I am so glad you share your experience and knowledge. It is always relevant and needed. Thank you Kelly! 😊
Thank you, Kelly, for everything you do. This channel keeps me on track with my Carnivore journey, especially as a follower of Christ. I truly believe that changing our habits can lead to endless possibilities. Recently, I came across a RUclipsr discussing a book called "Habit of the Mind" HABIT 4 | DON'T PUNISH YOURSELF - Habits of the Mind by Archibald Hart. As he explored the chapter on self-punishment, something resonated with me, prompting me to stop being hard on myself and instead simply enjoy a carnivore meal when I'm hungry. Please keep up the amazing work in the carnivore community; you are a wonderful role model.
Thanks sooo much for this! I’m all signed up for September and I’ve been really struggling, so your words of encouragement mean the world to me right now. My husband will be away for a week in September so I was thinking of buying binge food (high carb, sugary, pasta stuff, Cheetos) to treat myself to for a week. Now, I decided to stock up on really good and yummy meat, all the stuff I love, and treat myself to tenderloins, ribeyes, salmon, pork chops, etc. to lift off in style. In fact, I’m not waiting until September I’m starting today! No more indulging in that ice cream after dinner, or croissants for breakfast. I’m restarting because I’ve done this before and lost weight, but then self-sabotage after a couple of months-a depressing pattern for me. I think I need community. Anyway, looking forward to coaching in September. I’m 73, 74 in October, and I can’t afford to put this off again. I really want to feel dominion over food addiction and live a life of contribution and meaning. I also love God and want to feel more deeply that incredible connection to my Maker so, it’s all good. Thank you again for sharing your story and your wisdom. You are a treasure!
Every time my husband goes away on a trip I have the SAME struggle! I get determined to do some extended fasting, which is hard to do when he is around since I need to cook for him. But then that little voice whispers that it would be a perfect time to binge on my favorite ice cream and doughnuts! I was successful this past weekend.
Love your channel. I’ve been trying to go mostly carnivore for the last couple of years because of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I eat only lunch and dinner. I’m never hungry until lunch, but my problem is after dinner I always feel like I want carbs even though I’m full.
Try more fat in your meal? Butter with your steak? Or have a little treat of a couple of tablespoons of heavy cream after your meal? Then drink some water… these things help me.
Me too! I'm not hungry until after my one meal. Then I want that carb, dopamine fix. My weakness is pecans, peanut butter, dark chocolate. Definitely an addiction.
Brown butter bites and pork skins help me with a snack on days I’m needing a snack I was a huge sugar and carb snacker but most days I don’t even feel the cravings anymore PTL
Hi Kelly, Love this content! I need to hear it over and over. So helpful to my journey to eliminate pain and inflammation. I feel blessed to be in your groups! I may never get to hug your neck in person but I know that I’ll get to see you in eternity. ❤🎉
Hi Kelly. I am a 67 yr old woman with a severe thyroid condition. The thyroid was disintegrated 40 yrs ago in Boston Ma. I have taken thyroid meds for 40 years. I have never been able to lose weight. Tried it all including two shots very well known. Been on EVERY diet and even went to “nutritionists” and gained three pounds in a month. The other nutritionist was a gain of two pounds following THEIR diet plans. This is my last hope is carnivore. I was in insulin resistance but now I think that is being balanced becuz I lost nine pounds. Yes I am happy but now going forward will determine if this is working for me. I have lost 8 lbs before on other diets and the weight loss stopped. I have pushed thru nausea this past week and that has subsided. It almost made me quit it was so bad but I pushed thru it. I hope this works. I feel SO much better but I also noticed that my appetite isn’t there like it used to be. Most days I am eating cuz I have to. I don’t know what happened but I am trying to turn this around and tell myself how I look forward to the meal even tho I am not. I used to watch the clock for my next meal and now I have to make sure I eat. Ugh. Any idea why this happened??
Eat when you’re hungry. Be more active and your hunger will return. Stick mainly to beef or lamb. It helps with satiety. Ramp up the fat gradually. Drink some seltzer for the nausea. Add salt to taste.
It's very common to have reduced hunger on carnivore. Your body is getting more real nutrients than ever before. Only eat when you're hungry and the weightloss will follow. Forget the rule that you must eat 3 meals per day. Don't forget salt and the other electrolytes.
Hi! I also have a thyroid condition. I highly recommend joining Kelly's groups. It will help you to understand why you need to eat, if you haven't already, watch Kelly's video from last week with Katie Kelly about not eating enough. Many of us, women especially, tend to undereat and this is exacerbated on Carnivore as the hunger signals become very subtle. It's a good idea to find out through a TDEE what you maintenance calories are and then put what food you are eating into an app, such as Carb Manager to see how much you arre actually eating. I have added in a smaller 3rd meal and it has made a real difference.
Kelly, you’re always an inspiration. I listened to this while I walked today. I love the topics you choose to teach. I’m on my second round of keto (2017-2019 losing 65) Second round is harder but I’m determined to make it my last. lol! I learned the hard way about how strong my sugar addiction is. Keeping that in the front of my mind keeps me from straying. Thank you so much for your support
I laughed and cried during this video Kelly. Another masterclass. So much to think about, I have read Atomic Habits by James Clear twice it is amazing and very helpful in habit forming, your outlook and advice are priceless to me, I have a notebook for your video's only, and by the way your skin is glowing. Thanks for all you do. God Bless
Learning about anticipatory dopamine and how to change habits with it was amazing to learn about! I'm on the burger pattie bandwagon. I've been eating 8 burger patties a day. Great Value 32 count 75% protein 25% fat. 100% beef and no additives.
Your videos are always helpful. They’re the first thing I watch on Saturday morning. I’m struggling right now, but your videos are always encouraging me. Thank you so much! Sisters in Christ, ❤️🙏
Kelly, you are such a dear lady. You make my heart happy. You teach in a way that is easy to understand, and you are SO motivating!!! Thank you. I am thank ful for you. ❤
Kelly, thank you so much for this video! Every time I watch one of your videos I really get something out of it. You are a true coach to me. I have been an "all or nothing" person and you really helped me get out of that mentality. I did not realize that mentality was what was dragging me down so much. I now say to myself, "all or SOMETHING." Because of that I can now say that I am doing my best with what I have. I don't just do nothing anymore. I am back to doing things I have wanted to do for a long time now. It may not be perfect but it sure feels good anyways. THANK YOU!
I was stagnant. Like you, my process has been slow. I'm on day 4. I had already given up sugar and starches. This has been a pleasure. I really really love that you say coffee is ok. That was all I needed. I'm so excited to see where I'll be at different points in the future. This is a totally doable change for me that has already cleared up the eczema on my hands. Amazing. Thanks for teaching me.
And when I get my money up, I'm going to join the group sis! At least for a month! Sunday will mark the closing of my 3rd week and I'll be going into my fourth week of carnivore. I might even try for the 90 days like Dr Berry suggest! I just might.. Lord willing, I just might! 🤞🏽
Yeah. What I usually do is get through the shit stage and just when im starting to feel great again something in my brain just says "all this stability is getting boring, let's fuck everything up! 😃"

@@myzerocarblife thank you for response. So I have watched that video, but it seems to have different information than the one you did with Elizabeth Bright a long time ago where she recommended (and you referred to Amber O’Hearn) who both recommended 1.2-1.4 g per kg. But in this video, you set your macros as what seems to be 1 g per lb desired body weight, and that makes a huge difference in consumption needs. Which do you recommend to go by- lb if desired body weight or kilogram? Btw - I am a 49 yo female, 5”2, currently 128 lbs
@@maddisonbythesea3015 makes sense. Was hoping I’d hear that per kg was it because I’m having a hard enough time eating 71 grams a day even in multiple meals. I’ve really never been a huge meat eater. Always been very particular about meat, fat, gristle. Could this first 90 days teach me to like meat?
Thanks, much! I self-sabotage. Really needed this today. Going out is my biggest issue. Being afraid to order what someone else thinks is weird & being judged for it is an issue. I know what I want to eat, JUST ORDER IT! Ugh! This vid gave me ideas. Thanks for the dopamine tips as well.
Kelly, I was a part of your group for two months. I’m also a Christian. I’ve got no problem with being Carnivore, but I’m struggling with shopping (compulsive). This video was gold to me and it was God sent. Thank you.
Thank you. This is an excellent video and a great way to start my day. I have been struggling to stay 100% carnivore but I have been eating a lot more protein during my journey. Yesterday I was able to stay 100%. I will start my days with this video while getting dressed before breakfast. What I love about this lifestyle is the simplicity of putting it in the oven, the easy clean up ( toss the foil paper in the trash), and less dishes to wash.
Kelly. I love your channel. I recommend people to watch all the time. This is one of the very best ones you have done!!So much great information. Thank you 😊 God bless you
Great practical advice added to great attitude! Summary? Know what you really want and don’t want. What is real and what is promotional to sell a product. I’m 77. Is it realistic to believe that I can look like I did when l was 40? Does it really matter? Or is it more important to feel good, be healthy and have the energy to live life to the full. Twenty-five years ago, I easily made the transition to a gluten free diet by reminding myself how painful it was to eat anything with gluten. Somehow, transitioning to keto/carnivore has been more difficult because I failed to apply such reasoning to my current situation. I’m making progress and, thanks to the reminders in this video, will likely have an easier path forward. Thanks!
Kelly is such a fun personality...that's why I recommend her to people, along with the following RUclipsrs: Ken D. Berry, MD; Anthony Chaffee, MD; Kent Carnivore; Old Guy Carnivore...and also Carnivore Felix because he, himself, is new to carnivore which makes it like getting in on the ground floor, so to speak.
Hi Kelly, thank you for your content. I listen to Dr Andrew Huberman on the regular. I learned as well as Tyrosine that taking it in the mornings with B-6 is vital for both to help each other. It also curtails cravings… That was pivotal for me being more strict Carnivorous. You are an asset to the Carni community!!
Very thankful for your channel and so thankful I listened to this video. I am a fear of loose skin person. That fear has had me doing the yo-yo of losing and gaining weight for years. This was soo helpful. Your the best ❤❤❤
Wonderful video Kelly! You presented so much wonderful information about a subject most people don’t know a lot about. I certainly didn’t. Thank you so much for all you do for us humans!! Love you girl!!❤️🤗❤️
Kelly, this video was so informative and sincere. Have been wanting to really start a Carnivore life style, but have let little carving get in my way. September is almost here... maybe I can start by doing All or Something!!! I also appreciate that you are a spiritual person too! We serve a "Happy God'(1 Timothy 1:11)and he wants us to be Happy and Healthy ! You have inspired me to be a carnivore for today! Eggs and Bacon for brunch! Thank you so much Kelly! Been watching your videos for a few months! Sharon, From S. California 🦋
Good idea for a video. Thank you ❤ I found my activity levels rose automatically when I cut sugar and carbs, and then my moods went up as well. 😊 But, being August, in Spain - and this is my 4th summer as a cv - going to bed in 30+C (86F) and like today, waking up in 33,9C (93F), and a humidity of 75%+ kills most activity levels! I try to go for walks, but it's exhausting! You don't sleep well, sweat all the time, get rashes etc... And this year I learned something new, that relates to your video. I added more protein, just a bit, and my mood increased. Why did I try? Because a new bakery opened close by. I don't ever crave cakes, but these, new to us, cakes made me suffer!!! And that was a clear sign of my balance being off! Less activity, more protein - who knew?! But, I've also learned another thing. The other morning it was clouded, a bit windy, and only 28C(86F) and I was hardly sweating... immediately I was up earlier, got dressed, went out walking, and I felt great! (Until later when the clouds disappeared!!!) But it taught me, my body knows this is temporary. Not to be too hard on myself. The very moment autums sets in with lower temps and less humidity, my body is ready for the activity again! Until this happens I will try to do more meditation and bodyscans, as you suggest, together with the higher protein, and stop beating myself up for hugging the ventilator... It might prepare me even better! Thank you very much ❤
Your suggestions of tracking food really helped me figure out how much fat I was actually getting as a percentage to protein. Could not agree more about food not being the greatest joy in our lives. Your guidance is always so solid and entertaining! I got to hang out with Karen Miles at a meat-up yesterday and she was so awesome! She's a force of nature!
Your self sabotage talk about all in or nothing or some in is better than none...just screwed up giving myself a dopamine shot, and all those thoughts you mentioned are right on 💯 Hope to join your group very soon!!! Thank you so much for this❤❤❤❤❤
Every video I watch of Kelly's I think, this was her best video ever 😆 I'm thinking it again! I joined her Sept group session. I look forward to reading the handbook. Thanks Kelly!
I so love your videos Kelly but this one is soooo good! It makes so much sense. I will definitely listen to this more than once. I want to scream it from the rooftops but no one wants to hear it. It sounds so hard but so very worth it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thank you for sharing this. There is such a deep-seated dopamine confusion ill call it. When I take time understand it all, it can mean the difference between progress and stagnation! Wonderful talk!! Thanks 🎉
Thank you Kelly for all these good vibes and precious information. Your dopamine is very contagious. Thank you from southern France. I'm a fan of yours
This video was very helpful. I especially appreciated the part about laying the bricks to build a wall, and how habits become your life. Any chance you would make us a detailed video about your push-up journey? I get so discouraged by how hard they are, but you have to start somewhere. I think you’re up to fifty three times a week now? Amazing!!!
Thank you for this information on dopamine. I've been struggling with addiction to alcohol for years. I didn't know that dopamine levels could even out in 30 days of restriction or that doing something challenging, like a hard work out could elevate levels to help you get thru it. I started carnivore diet jan 6 and I'm down from 168 to 143. Now, I have an idea of how I can kick alcohol. I know it will be hard, but I think I can do it. Thank you so much. Just what I needed to hear, at the right time.
Just read your comment. I’m sorry you are feeling lonely. That sucks for sure. Are you connected to any family or a church family? Can anyone come visit you on the regular or can you get out at all to connect in the community? Sometimes volunteer opportunities may exist that can connect you to people. Saying prayers for you to have a heart filled. Take care..
We need to learn to live, well, in each season of our lives. I’m 71, and spend my working days with 20 to 50 yr olds…,(also my young student). Some days, I feels lonely among my colleagues, (their lives are much different than mine, even though I can relate) They can’t relate to being 71 years old. They are all wonderful people, but it is lonely at times. Therefore, I make a point of joining groups of women, my age. It’s very rewarding and it’s nice to talk to people who remember your music, movies, and the times we lived through. It’s really our responsibility to take care of ourselves, and meet our needs the best we can. We don’t want to grow old and sad and cynical. Life is short. Every day you have do something to make it a little bit better for yourself and for someone else. I know it’s not easy, we all fail at times. moving forward is what we can do. All the best. 😊❤️
I'm 73, live alone and I'm super happy, love myself and my life. I have my sailboat to work on whole I dream of getting back out on the ocean. I have my 6 dogs that excite me everyday. I coukd care less about being with other people, they just want to complain about their daily life. I don't watch the news, I take myself out to eat at my carnivore friendly Cafe. Find love for yourself, go do something that makes you happy. I have a friend who LOVES WALLOWING in her own pitty party . I call her to check on her then hang up as soon as she starts in! YOU ARE RESPONSIBKE for your happiness, NOBODY elas. Quit the pitty party. Get a life that makes you happy. ❤❤❤
Animals are great for joy. If you are not up for the task of caring for one at home, try visiting or volunteering at a shelter. It gets you out of the house and making new friends, both furry and human! A gym is also great for making friends and staying strong. Best to you ❤
That's exactly me when I looked at the pictures when I was 10 pounds lighter I looked sick to me and older and got diagnosed with a liver disease - I was just starting low carb but had been doing IF with my weight watchers mentality so I eventually evolved to eat keto/ketovore, not eating fiber or sugar and eating mostly meat and gained weight so now I'm working on building muscle , eating protein and doing some weights and movement 🤔 it's progress not perfection❤
This was so informative. I am not overweight nor do I have any glaring health concerns, but I want to do what I can to maintain and go into my senior years strong and healthy. You explained so much about why that future threat of Alzheimer’s etc is hard to use as a motivator. I need to find things that will improve at this stage of life and work for those. Thank you!

Love love love reading all the comments. Blessings from New Jersey
Using your dopamine to your advantage is definitely a game changer. ❤ So much great information.
@@clairegrant4505 I tried the smaller third meal but not hungry. Thanks for the tips
Thanks for the tips@@maddisonbythesea3015.
"Vegans...you're not watching." Cracked me up!!!
God Bless
I Love ❤️ You 🥰
I listen to you on my walk everyday.. I feel like you are my Cheerleader 📣 … Thank You for being you 🥰
God Bless You 🙏🏻
Learning about anticipatory dopamine and how to change habits with it was amazing to learn about! I'm on the burger pattie bandwagon. I've been eating 8 burger patties a day. Great Value 32 count 75% protein 25% fat. 100% beef and no additives.
This may have been your best and most complete video yet Kelly.
Your videos are always helpful. They’re the first thing I watch on Saturday morning. I’m struggling right now, but your videos are always encouraging me. Thank you so much! Sisters in Christ, ❤️🙏
I can't get over how similar we think. Glad I found you sister. ❤️
This is the best pep talk ever!!! It's actually real and actionable. Thank you!
You can do it!!!
You're awesome, and you can do this! 💖
I had to explain to my husband that I am a sugarholic and foodaholic. Otherwise, he doesn’t understand why I can’t stop eating
This was so needed this morning! Thank you! If I could like this 10,000 times I would!
Sabotage is definitely a real thing…I need to journal about this past weekend because it was close!! 😜
Yeah. What I usually do is get through the shit stage and just when im starting to feel great again something in my brain just says "all this stability is getting boring, let's fuck everything up! 😃"
Kelly Hogan, this video is life changing. I am crying, but it's good tears. I joined your group for October. September was sold out. Thank you ❤❤
Great video Kelly! Listening to your beautiful self raises my dopamine 😍
I cannot tell you how desperately I needed this today. You, my friend, are my far, the most genuine and real person I have found on RUclips. I taught high school English and history for 15 years, and I thought I was a pretty decent teacher….but - YOU - this is certainly your gift!
Thank you for the kind words! ❤️
This should help with the protein question:
ruclips.net/video/h_fD8kK6rWE/видео.htmlsi=UIm8cPPGZQtNlNRs
@@myzerocarblife thank you for response. So I have watched that video, but it seems to have different information than the one you did with Elizabeth Bright a long time ago where she recommended (and you referred to Amber O’Hearn) who both recommended 1.2-1.4 g per kg. But in this video, you set your macros as what seems to be 1 g per lb desired body weight, and that makes a huge difference in consumption needs. Which do you recommend to go by- lb if desired body weight or kilogram? Btw - I am a 49 yo female, 5”2, currently 128 lbs
As people learn more, their recommendations change. Follow her newest recommendations. 1g per pound of ideal body weight.
Fantastic! Kelly lays it all out. It is easy to see how to approach change. Not only does Kelly explain how but why it can work! ❤
Burger patty math. Helps me so much. Sleep sounds really, really, really wonderful. 😂
Hey Marty!
@@karenmiles9822 hey Karen!
The point about using anticipatory dopamine is really helpful!
Kelly, I was a part of your group for two months. I’m also a Christian. I’ve got no problem with being Carnivore, but I’m struggling with shopping (compulsive). This video was gold to me and it was God sent. Thank you.
The more I watch you, the more I like you! You have great energy.
Kelly thank you for being you!
Thank you. You are so personable energetic and irresistible. Great teacher!
EXCELLENT! I was diagnosed bipolar at age 18. Now 76 years old. This is he best explanation I have ever heard!
Very thankful for your channel and so thankful I listened to this video. I am a fear of loose skin person. That fear has had me doing the yo-yo of losing and gaining weight for years. This was soo helpful. Your the best ❤❤❤
Great information.
1st I’ve heard with such profound information regarding dopamine.
You are a peach. Ty praise the Lord for you. Bless you!
Wonderful video Kelly! You presented so much wonderful information about a subject most people don’t know a lot about. I certainly didn’t. Thank you so much for all you do for us humans!! Love you girl!!❤️🤗❤️
Wow ! This was very helpful and SO interesting! Thank you for this amazing channel, you are so encouraging!
As usual so informative! Thank for teaching us your knowledge ❤❤❤
Thank you for the technical info. But above all, thank you for your testimony and lifting up Christ and the Word of GOD. 💪😎👍
Thank you ❤
I found my activity levels rose automatically when I cut sugar and carbs, and then my moods went up as well. 😊
But, being August, in Spain - and this is my 4th summer as a cv - going to bed in 30+C (86F) and like today, waking up in 33,9C (93F), and a humidity of 75%+ kills most activity levels!
Your self sabotage talk about all in or nothing or some in is better than none...just screwed up giving myself a dopamine shot, and all those thoughts you mentioned are right on 💯
Hope to join your group very soon!!! Thank you so much for this❤❤❤❤❤
Motivation is my toughest challenge here lately I had it but lost it
Thank you for sharing this video on dopamine!!!!!
I have so much swimming around in my head right now but it would take a book to say . I am just really grateful for you and your wisdom. Thank you ❤
Thanks! Really love what you had to say and addressing mindfulness. Changing thought processes can make all the difference. ❤
Every video I watch of Kelly's I think, this was her best video ever 😆 I'm thinking it again! I joined her Sept group session. I look forward to reading the handbook. Thanks Kelly!
Absolutely love this video ❤🎉
I so love your videos Kelly but this one is soooo good! It makes so much sense. I will definitely listen to this more than once. I want to scream it from the rooftops but no one wants to hear it. It sounds so hard but so very worth it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Exceptional.. Period
Thank you so much Kelly…..this is so helpful! ❤
Oh my goodness may our Lord keep you and be with you always 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼this was such good good info ❤
Kelly at 73, living alone I don’t have those joys and having trouble finding them!!!
Take care..
Do you have a dog? Even if you don't go to a dog park>lots of people there to talk to most days.
Best to you ❤
This video was great! Thank you Kelly for pouring into the masses! ❤
Excellent presentation! Thank you
You’re a wonderful role model and a very gifted communicator. Thanks Kelly. Love listening to you :)
Thank you!
My the things that can improve! How are your teeth and gums....they can improve. Sleep, clear mind...all can improve!
@@annebeck2208 I could definitely benefit in those areas. Thank you for taking the time to reply!
