There’s no fix time that you spend on screen but you can try to limit the screen time as per your convenience

Yeah i have a friend, who is excellent performer in commerce section in whole school but after all these things he passed foundation in 2 nd attempt and failed in inter for 2 attempts but still he is not depressed and anxious though and making himself to clear intermediate

Don't let yourself feel that this course is too hard, take it just as school. Be consistent, study everyday even if it's for 30 to 40 minutes. Don't pressurise yourself and take it easy.
