Thanks for posting. Whistles are a waste of time against bears. All it does is irritate the bear as the whistle works its way down the digestive track. ; ) Great video!
Hey there, thanks for showcasing our little island, it was great watching someone ride down the roads we have done many times before and experiencing the views for the first time and seeing the smile. Best of luck on your journeys. Cheers
300 thousand subscribers owe another big THANKS to the Canadian riders that got you back on the road. And thank you, Kinga, for 5 1/2 years and, I don't know how many miles/kilometers you have shared with us.
Big journey and nice place, the brige, the river and the trees. All arise again after of the war. Thanks at God, be safe and take care my friend kinga. Hugs from El salvador
You have a daring camping spirit. I can't believe you are in Canada at this time of year. Here in the BC, we have snow on the ground since the beginning of Spt.
Nice to see you visiting Eastern Canada! I circumvented Newfoundland in July, and pulled up in the very same spot you did to wait for the boat, except I went on the other boat which was a 19 hour ride to Argentia. For that one I suggest get a cabin. Nice to see the style in which you did your video compared to the way I did mine. I was more "on road" and stayed in hotels. Yours is a bit more adventurous with going offroad and camping on crown land, would love to know where you found that road, looks like a lot of fun. Keep posting girl! Stay safe!
There is always a little spot for you and Chilly to camp Kinga.... It is fun trying to find it.... Or maybe not!! Great video, Great to see you with a smile... :-)) xxx
Only two days ago my wife asked me if you'd be including Newfoundland in your series, and here is the fIrst video - THANKS! Looking forward to seeing more of Newfoundland and Canada - home for us! 👍👍
So looking forward to that, and who better to experience it with than you - I like your style. I went to school in St-John's and my wife is from Corner Brook, so that is "home" within Canada, and is certainly on my bucket list to tour now that I am no longer a poor student. 😄
Did you go back through the The Great Northern Peninsula on to Labrador and back to Baie-Comeau in Quebec? That is an epic ride if you like wilderness.
You are in that well known place in Newfoundland called 'Middle-of-Nowhere'. Ride safe and watch out for the moose that love to run out in front of you.
The Second World War also saw the Newfoundland Railway experience its most tragic loss, when the ferry Caribou was torpedoed and sunk 40 km (25 miles) off Port aux Basques by the German submarine U-69 on October 14, 1942. 137 passengers died and 104 people survived the sinking. In honour of the lost passengers and crew, the Newfoundland Railway Employees Association had the entire workforce forego a day's wages as a donation to a public campaign to build a memorial near the Port aux Basques railway terminal.
@@onherbike Cool! Come and see us when it warms up again. We're up in the Rocky Mountains in south western Colorado. I hope you get to travel a long time in the states. We have a couple of guest rooms and you'd be welcome anytime.
What did you guys think of our TCH going through NL? Can be scary in some spots! I’m from Corner Brook, NL it was great too see visitors from so far away on bike!
It wasn't possible to get Chillie under the bridge or even to take her off the road. There's was not paths or trails... just steep, uneven, rocky or loose soil.
Kinga, you sweet thing. I can always count on you to be a wonderful example of the female race. Love the hair. I'd be honored to be your friend or mate as you say in Australia.
Every visitors biggest concern about venturing into Canadian wilderness = BEARS ! It’s amusing, because you’re almost as likely to be struck by lightning
Hello Kinga, I just watched this/last video and commented on it. Then I get a spam answer! Not your fault! Too many idiots out there trying to "steal" money from you!

Hello Kinga. Tanks for the Videos. I like It. I just miss de rout at the end . Best Regards Stefan vrom Switzerland.
When I park my bike on a ferry,I put on a strap to squeeze the front brake lever. Adds more stability.
Yes it does - also put your gloves on seat under strap if no pad available!
I was relieved when you said bear spray
