I think she should try for corporate job. Govt. sector still has some representation of people from NE. Corporate sector is too less. She can break the ceiling. Plus the salary in corporate sector is better and the relaxed work ethic will suit her creative spirit well. I think she is doing Masters/MBA. Hope she gets placed in a top company in a big city after that.
