    I will watch this over and over. Gratitude. Thank you to you and Mr Gerald Pollack. The minerals we make via transmutations change according to the temperature i.e. summer or winter.

      I'm glad you enjoyed it Sara. I'll be uploading our interview next. I had to wait with it since another video had to go up first.
      By the way, I realized that El Salvador has an advantage that no other country has from a legal standpoint. The medical freedom law in ES means that your freedoms cannot be tampered with if you refuse to undergo certain medical procedures. You're completely protected in that sense, which is a great relief.

    Could you maybe invite Garrett Smith to discuss Toxic Bile Theory? Besides Light, Water and Nutrition, Toxic Bile Theory helped me the most and more and more primals I know are joining the diet. Thank you

    Regarding juicing the leaves of plants: the Vietnamese in the Central region follow an indigenous habit of juicing pennywort leaves as a cure for influenza in the spring and used an as antiviral tea/soup when cooked with ginger in the winter .
    My 3 roommates all had covid and when my throat started to feel scratchy, my body started craving for pennywort juice. 1 pound gave me 4 days worth. EZ water from leaves makes perfect explanation for why my concoction worked while everyone in my household suffered up to a month of aches and fatigue

    What are your thoughts on fungal infections? What are the best ways to get rid of them?

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  21 день назад +2

      There’s almost always a reason for why the fungus is there. What I mean is that the fungus is most likely performing a janitorial job inside the body. You can get rid of it by drinking raw apple cider vinegar and lemon water for a while. That usually fixes it.

    Dude honestly your videos and information about nutrition are one of the best out there
    Keep up the great work !
    You just need to find a way to make your presentation more appealing for the algorithm
    Probably investing more time and money in editing because it’s truly sad that all that garbage about nutrition is out there and information that matters is getting rigged by the algorithm

    First I want to apologize for my attitude on a previous comment. I thought my comment was deleted because it disappeared. Usually I don't interact with just anyone online, but this topic is different. I feel compelled to become a good teacher and help people understand.
    Soon I will have a good job in a holistic health clinic so I can send you some well deserved support. I'd like to see this channel grow and even more so I'd like to contribute something useful to this whole community. I care not for credit or notoriety.
    So maybe we can work together in the future.
    I know the comments are not intended for personal messages so I appreciate you taking the time.
    Lastly, do you recall the "rice experiment" originally conducted by Dr Masaru Emoto? He discovered that negative words and emotions made the rice mold grow much faster. Years later and it's all starting to make sense. This stuff is endlessly fascinating!

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  24 дня назад

      Thank you for your kind words, and best of luck on your mission my friend. No need to apologize. I realized it was a misunderstanding. I do know of Emoto's work, and it's absolutely fascinating.

    Humans only species that cook their foods, omophagy is what it is called. EZ water is also probably more deuterium depleted. Inuits traditionally ate raw organs and gave extremity meat to their dogs both uncooked.. additionally they drank blood as do some Africans near equator. Dry fasting also depletes deuterium from body fat also topical is heat generated by uncoupled haplotypes of white vs L O types of rift valley in cradle of humanity. Magnetic fields greater at night without light probably changes at winter/summer solstice. Dr Robert O Becker understood that very low PZ electric have regeneration abilities along with bio photons. More work needs to be done on photo multipliers.

    Hey man
    I live in Denmark, and the sun is so weak at the moment (you 100% feel that too)
    I learned from your podcast, that you should embrace the cold, and your body will make its own sunlight, but then my question is, for how long should I be out in cold, to get the benefits
    Will my body tell me when?

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  24 дня назад

      I'd take a cold shower in the morning and at least one walk in a T-shirt.

    Hey man, i know you dont recommend cooked food, but is coco nut fat an alternative to ghee for cooking?, since ghee is so expensive...

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  24 дня назад

      Get raw meat fat instead of ghee. Coconut fat is most likely not local to your environment.

    hey man, I'm 16 yo and I noticed one of my wisdom teeth is coming in, but it is paired with some pain. What is your opinion on the pulling of wisdom teeth? What should I do? Are there any surgeries that make your wisdom teeth grow right?

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  26 дней назад

      If there's pain, your dental arches haven't developed well enough to accommodate the wisdom teeth. I would never extract any tooth. Eat a diet very rich in fat soluble vitamins as well as minerals. There's a high likelihood that this will be taken care of if you do so.

    • @physiognomist1
      @physiognomist1 25 дней назад

      @@ExcellentHealth will do that. I believe the pain is from something called pericoronitis. I think there's enough space between my last molar and wisdom tooth though, because there I don't really feel any pain. Do you have any tips on keeping it clean? IDK much about bacteria, but is occasionally rinsing my mouth with saltwater a good idea?
      Also, a bit off-topic, but regarding fat sources: I can't really get my hands on raw grass-fed butter (I can on pasteurized grass-fed butter tho), what are the best sources of fat besides butter in your opinion?
      Thanks for answering all the questions in advance! Have been enjoying your videos :)

    • @OmSharma-l9c
      @OmSharma-l9c 24 дня назад

      @physiognomist1your maxilla isn’t developed enough and your face isn’t wide enough
      That’s why it hurts
      And the reason for less development is poor nutrition and lack of sunlight in your childhood
      :D

    • @physiognomist1
      @physiognomist1 24 дня назад

      @@OmSharma-l9c wouldn't you say that you can have the most ideal nutrition and amount of sunlight, but you can still have an underdeveloped maxilla? IDK what you believe is the ideal diet, but say a boy eats the raw primal diet from an early age and gets a ton of sunlight, but also happens to have a dog, to which he is allergic. This causes him to breathe through his mouth, which comes with all sorts of oral postural issues. All of this leads to recession and narrowing of the face, whilst he had such an ideal diet!
      Couldn't you then also say the reverse? If someone gets poor nutrition and lack of sunlight, but for some reason has amazing oral posture and thus breathes through their nose, they will still develop a face that is wide enough to accommodate the wisdom teeth.

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  24 дня назад

      1. Jack Kruse's latest podcast with a young man called something with J addresses this.
      2. The animal fat source doesn't matter. The health of the animal matters. There's nothing important about butter, which is good news.
      3. As for facial development, the first scenario can be true, but would probably not occur because the nose wouldn't really become blocked, nor would there be an allergy to begin with. The second scenario is absolutely impossible because the skull cannot develop without adequate nutrition.
