- Fixing and "rebuilding" @NTKLife KTM 450 Supermoto!
Sent of parts for powder coating, I did Cerakote, and installed a lot of new parts like a full FMF exhaust system, wheels, foot hoop, seat cover, graphics, and more!
Last year I asked NTK if I could clean and fix up his bike for him.
To "help" him out a bit, since all his waken time he puts into bold.
As you might know, I like building bikes and making videos like this one.
Nicke's bike needed some love, and he wanted to have all the orange gone. So we made a plan, ordered parts, and designed graphics then he dropped off the bike a couple of days before Christmas -21.
Got the bike apart quickly, sent off part for powder coat, started cleaning, Cerakoting, and so on, as you see in the video. The parts from Powder coating came back and I started to put the bike back together.
Early April of -22, the bike was completely done and ready for another season full of riding.
So Nicke & Alin came by and picked up the bike, now probably cleaner than ever, and with a completely different look and color.
It's been a fun project and build, and it feels awesome to have done something like this for my friend Nicke!

This made me 100% want to start working on bikes...I always loved bikes don't matter the make or model... this is better then any ASMR video ever edited and put on RUclips ..
ive been a carwrapper/signmaker for 5 years and have a couple of tips if you like.
1: after applying film with a heatgun, or round parts. 'Re-heat' it till +-90 degrees. this will settle the foil, so when done right, it will prevent the foil from crawling back to original (flat) shape.
2: buy a flexible and medium flexible signmaker squeegee. compared to a pice of cloth, its 100 times better. im sure you love it.
3: buy a small stalney knive with a 30 degrees knive in it for poppin bubbles. make shure ist always crazy sharp.

Nice job. Love building one off bikes. Havent done a supermoto yet, but its on the list. Thinking of grabbing a hypermotard. Found a rare one local for sale. A limited production #11 if 100 for only $15k. Nice choice in colors. Same ones i chose to paint mine.

still w8ing for 125 rebuild video, but from now i would suggest to not make the TE also fluo, something more exotic would be lit like ntk's 125 or gebel's one
Sorry for the wait! Trust me the 125 won't be yellow, actually kinda over the yellow myself. The 125 will have a build series, 1 episode is recorded just need to edit it. Since this video is done, I will now focus on the Te build. Trying to be a bit ahead on that build so it won't be a way too long in between each episode.

Looks great.. a quick question. What's the square hole cut out of the back mud guard for?
So that when you wheelie and take it to The Back Fender it bends If it didn't have The hole IT would snap off

if you could make your voice level higher and/or lower the music it would be much appreciated because i find myself changing the volume everytime you start to speak so i can head and turning it back down when music kicks in because its loud. great work as usual tho
