Yo I'm going to uwharrie on my ttr 125 tommorow can't wait I've I've before that steep Dutch John part is my favorite it's raw but I made it without getting stuck
You have to go on the single trail ones in the woods to really enjoy them but yeah I mainly go here to do this easy track which also has some pretty sandy spots. Best trails in NC are in western NC by the mountains or Uwharrie which is pretty rocky.
I live in Columbia sc. I have noticed that the sandy tracks and trails like a litter stiffer compression on front forks. Don't skate around as bad. W

Trails are far too sandy to really enjoy riding here in my opinion.
