Introducing our new faculty member - Professor Sundara Natarajan Panchanatham

Growing up in an academic family, Professor Sundara Natarajan Panchanatham made the most of the resources available to him and embraced every chance to learn and grow. His experiences have opened his eyes to the struggles faced by underserved individuals lacking access to medical care, igniting his desire to help.
As an Assistant Professor at HKU Business School, Professor Panchanatham is dedicated to bridging the gap between business principles and healthcare solutions. He utilises his multidisciplinary knowledge to address critical healthcare challenges through research. He believes that acquiring diverse skills and knowledge is crucial for creating innovative solutions. His work focuses on improving resource allocation and efficiency in medical systems, ultimately aiming to help those in need.
In this video, he encourages students to step out of their comfort zones and embrace multidisciplinary learning. Professor Panchanatham firmly believes that knowledge is a powerful tool that can empower individuals to change the world for the better.
