It took about 2 months for the warranty process. At first Dynamax was receptive after I sent them pictures, and then they never got back to me. That is when I contacted Kelderman directly and got no response from them. So I ordered new shocks and started the warranty process over again. I sent new pictures, and then they stated they needed the old shocks. Yes the shocks were crap quality. Also seemed to light duty. When I looked up the shock manufacturer, they seemed more specialized in side by side suspension.
Wow, good work! Do you think that there is any other third party shocks you can use to replace Kelderman? It looks just too light duty for this super c class. By the way, I think I will still order the Europa 31ss this fall. Will work on sealing the battery compartment (maybe replace that metal tray), adding 2 more 300A lifepo4 battery ,adding shower miser to conserve water, and still not sure if I should get the explorer package. Will keep you posted. Thanks for all your videos! It helps me a lot ! 😊
@zumpeak I think I can find some bilsteins. Make sure you negotiate a great discount on your 31SS. The truma water heater has a recirculating function so the shower miser is not needed but won't hurt to put one in. Xplorer package won't hurt but overpriced for what you get. If you negotiate an overall great price, it really doesn't matter though.
Thanks! I didn’t know Truma water heater has that function. That’s great to know! I don’t have much choice since I am located at Vancouver Canada. The only real full line Dynamax dealer is in Alberta Canada. I will see what price they quote me. By the way, have you considered to change the gas cooktop? I am still researching True Induction brand. The model number TI-1 + 1B has 1 induction plus 1 gas burner. I really prefer this over the one comes with Dynamax.
Nice job ! How long did it take to get fully reimbursed ? I'm really surprised by the quality of the shocks !
