You have to book your dummy ticket at visa submission time only not in advance because you will get time for immigration clearance otherwise may refuse your application. If you're planning to travel for any country so my recommendation is that please don't use this type of ticket because these are holding ticket only. @@b-ppro8685 Well I'll tell you what I did. After so much research, I figured it would be wise and safe to pick a service that is 13 $ range. Because the cheaper ones just sound and feel risky. I picked bookonwardticket. No particular reason, I just got tired. Paid 16 USD online. Got a ticket in half an hour. They sent me a travel agent booking (PNR) for Nippon Airways (Japan). I cross checked the PNR several times. It stayed valid for over 26-27 hours. Then I next checked around 51 hours into the Booking. It shows cancelled. So my guess is the airlines most likely allow agents to hold PNR without paying for upto 48 hours. Then they cancel it. 2 weeks sounds too much for the PNR to stay confirmed without paying. I don't know if my visa would be accepted or rejected. Because unfortunately by the time I submitted I was already 30+ hours of booked PNR. Good luck

@@b-ppro8685 Well I'll tell you what I did. After so much research, I figured it would be wise and safe to pick a service that is 13 $ range. Because the cheaper ones just sound and feel risky. I picked bookonwardticket. No particular reason, I just got tired. Paid 16 USD online. Got a ticket in half an hour. They sent me a travel agent booking (PNR) for Nippon Airways (Japan). I cross checked the PNR several times. It stayed valid for over 26-27 hours. Then I next checked around 51 hours into the Booking. It shows cancelled. So my guess is the airlines most likely allow agents to hold PNR without paying for upto 48 hours. Then they cancel it. 2 weeks sounds too much for the PNR to stay confirmed without paying. I don't know if my visa would be accepted or rejected. Because unfortunately by the time I submitted I was already 30+ hours of booked PNR. Good luck
