It's all about the angles and the bending of the characters bodies, in the episode the poses look pretty stiff. I'm not someone that criticizes art and let alone animation much, but I just wish they decided to get those scenes right. It doesn't hit the same.
Yeah, though you could argue it's due to their budget. Since most of these are full body in the manga, and not in the anime. Since Gojo's eyes aren't as detailed as the eyes in season 1 due to budget made people think he didn't have six eyes yet.

But in the anime they made Gojo too peaceful in this scene. They also didn’t really go anywhere and simply adapted the exact manga while messing up Gojo’s insanity and had that really bad music playing. Not to mention the effects for Hollow Purple were worse than the one in season 1, it should’ve been even better than that because of the higher budget
