Maybe you could try having a butcher do a different percentage of liver or organ meat and see what amount you can tolerate in a blend.

I’m not a big fan of liver either but calf liver is more palatable. The only liver I eat now is from a local Turkish restaurant. It’s fried calf liver. I believe they coat it lightly in flour and then they fry it. Look up Turkish fried liver on RUclips and you’ll find a recipe. Serve it with fresh sliced tomato, red onion, and some lemon. I actually crave it now so we order it every Sunday for breakfast.

I am actually not convinced anymore that liver is so healthy because of possible vitamin A toxicity... I think WAPF is wrong about eating so much liver / vitamin A, I recommend looking into it... and I think your body would tell you if she really wanted liver... ^^ maybe you already have more than enough vitamin A in your diet!! just a thought!!
I love the candles on the table!!!

So I freeze uncooked liver in ice cube trays and add to my family’s smoothies. They have no idea and I can’t even sneak noni juice without them noticing. You really can’t taste it 😂

Ok do you promise though because I feel like I’ve tried everything and I can still taste it hahaha, maybe I should give the smoothie thing a shot though 🤣

Maybe some primal kitchen ketchup on the meatloaf would help mask the liver taste for you

I had ketchup on it and that definitely helped!

Maybe start with less liver in the mix and work your way up slowly?

Have you tried chicken livers? They are WAY easier for me, and my husband who is against liver hasn’t noticed when I sneak it in! 😂

I've tried them plain and couldn't do it, but never mixed in with beef or something else- maybe I should try it!
