    RECIPE
    ▶️Boil 1 cup each of tamarind, jaggery and descended dates in 5 cups of water.
    ▶️Lower the flame and add the following masalas :
    🔹Red chilli powder
    🔹Coriander Powder
    🔹Cumin Powder
    🔹Dry Mango Powder
    🔹Fennel seeds (optional)
    ▶️Simmer for 5 mins. Allow it to cool down. Blend it , strain it and store the chutney in an air tight glass container.
    ▶️Refrigerate and use upto a month!
