Hesperus - Eusphorus: The gifted illuminators of the world
"Like the star of dawn you once shone in the living; now that you are dead, you shine in the dead like Hesperus."
Eusphorus and Hesperus are our Augerine and Aposperite, that is, the same star, the planet Aphrodite. They were portrayed in art as two young boys with torches in their hands, who made their appearance in the sky and waited for the coming of day and night respectively.
