The top diameter is 2.8 and bottom diameter is 1.6. They stay fresh up to 3 to 4 days. You can keep them in the fridge covered without the powdered sugar, and when you serve them, take them out to come to room temperature and top with powdered sugar. Thank you
They look delicious. You mentioned that you can use a cupcake tin instead of the individual forms. What would you suggest is the best way to dip in water without removing all of the flour with such a big tin? Thanks
Hi Filomena... if you are using the tin, simply brush on butter first... then sift a generous amount of flour in the cup cake tray, turn , twist and tap the tin to ensure the flour coats the inside of the tins, then place water in a cup and pour the water ( approximately 1/3 full) in each tin, once again twist and turn the cupcake tray, and remove the access water.... repeat the step with flour and water, a 2nd time.... and the last coat will be the flour... hope this helps... If you are in Toronto or are familiar with Rui Gomes on Rogers... they sell the individual tins as well. Happy Baking... thank you 🥰
