3 years to restore this clock .... yet it didnt crossed their mind to have a proper organ expert and a musical box expert to fix its organ. I think tuning the organ pipes would have been the very LEAST you could have done. the cylinder on which the tune is pinned is in need of restauration. Right now the clock sounds crap.
