    I. Surrender Discussions

    II. Parole
    a. Pemberton learns that he, his division and brigade commanders, and the Mississippi State Troops had been declared exchanged on July 13.
    b. Stevenson and Bowens divisions will be held at two parole camps at Enterprise, MS and Demopolis, AL of which they are declared officially exchanged by the end of September 1863.
