Had no idea about the paracetamol vs ibuprofen thing!!! That's so good to know. I'm not allowed to take ibu on my current medication anyway but I didn't know that the inflammation was actually helpful with Invisalign!

Yeah! It's because the blood flow is needed to help move the teeth. Amazing but gross if I think about it for too long 🤣
