Looks like a Turkish take on pizza, would love to try this. But in our day and age it's probably worth investing in a commercial kitchen veg chopping machine, because manual chopping looks like really hard work.
I am sure they have machine but this is how it must be done. After you chop the veggies with machine it won't be like this. Machine probably will cut so much than needed until all of them mixed. Actually it's better you also cut the meat like this for best taste.
