Zrazy with mushrooms

Meat zrazy (cutlets) can be prepared with various fillings, I recommend the recipe for meat zrazy with mushrooms - this combination is what my family likes the most. The unusual name of this not only delicious, but also universal dish, came to us from the Polish language, and means "cut piece".
Ingredients:
Minced meat - 600 gr., Champignons - 300 gr.,
Onion - 1 + 1 pc.,Chicken egg - 1 pc.,
Wheat flour - 2 + 1 tbsp.l.,Salt - to taste,
Pepper mixture - to taste, Coriander - to taste,
Paprika - to taste, Sauce - 1 tbsp.l.,
Adjika - to taste, Tomato sauce - 2-3 tbsp.l.,
