Thank you I use a Panasonic HDC-SD60, its a great compact camera and just sits in the palm, I've been pleased with the results. I edit the films with Pinnacle Studio 15.
I didn't manage to get inside the church this time, but there is a video on youtube featuring the organ and the inside, unfortunately churches are locked most of the time, I have to hope that someone is in, as with my St. Peters video, or wait for an open day. Yes Pinnacles after-sales service is poor, any problems have to be posted on dedicated forums, have you tried these to see if anyone else is having this problem, I haven't used the sharpen tool so can't help you there.
