I've been watching Jools Holland for many years. This is one of my favourite ever performances on the show. There is a rare freedom in the energy of it. This was a performance and not just a band playing their song. again. It's it's own special thing.

The way this song weaves and wends itself through the gears is astonishingly good. Even on first watch/listen I was drawn in and captivated. A performance with rare real feeling and a signature superb guitar vibe from Coxon. Good luck to them to get the success they clearly deserve 👏

Increíble escuchar esta canción en vivo
“Siento mi corazón, muere en mi
Eso es lo que llaman atrofia
Estoy cansado de estar enamorado, estoy harto de tener dolor …”
Cuando seré feliz de nuevo …

On reflection I think my original post sounded a bit harsh - each to their own - that's the beauty of music and I appreciate this really resonated with some others. I personally found it a bit dirge and not very inspiring. I've also never come across Rose/ The Waeve before - it was my first exposure. Maybe I should listen to a bit more...
