I was in on the contractor side. When many blacks were getting paid for every little drill hole etc. Many were breaking bank from 300-700 a day and maybe only work 2 days after that. Comcast said it was losing money when it wasn't. They basically have us less than a month before they closed the doors on the contractors. Thing is it was many blacks with no degrees and felony charges getting honest big money.
It was there lost because we always would hustle and work until 11 at night sometime plus be convincing people why they needed cable and extra boxes cause we knew we was getting a cut.
After that they started going downhill and later came the apps so they couldn't keep up.
Even Starz in on dropping the show power so that tells you who owns the network and they going to try to force people like Kim and 50 to go against byron

As an African American man navigating my way through this business of entertainment, I applaud Brian having the courage to sue Comcast and Charter to begin with. That was a significant step in changing a pattern of behavior that is detrimental to a segment of society that these companies generate billions of dollars from in the form of subscriber fees. The problem that we have now is that the mass number of people who should be aware of this case headed to the Supreme Court in 10 days don't know about it because it's not being publicized the way it should be.
Mainstream news and other media outlets won't be talking about this at all so it becomes part of our responsibility to take a grassroots approach to disseminating the information. Thankfully we have social media to help with that. I'd say don't show "The Breakfast Club" interview but that would be foolish, seeing as how that's what lead me to this video. I'm sharing this now and encourage anyone who understands what is happening here to do the same.

This needs to get coverage, local politicians, church leaders, and media should be talking about this. I want to say the 1st time I heard about Byron Allen lawsuits against comcast was on a Roland Martin show. It was when his show was on TV that's probably one of the reasons he was taken off TV. Section 1981 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color and ethnicity when making and enforcing contracts. It applies to all private employees and labor organizations and prohibits retaliation. So this means without Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866 law a place of Business can put up a sign saying No Colors Allowed?? That should not be something that needs to be debated on Discrimination. I guaranteed it want stop their The PREAMBLE in the constitution of the United States will change to "We The Government" the gov will no longer be working for the people. What they do to one will be done to all. America is already doing corrupt business with Russia. How does Russia govern their people?? The constitution will get burned on national National TV.

To make this clear for folks, basically the "motivating factor" causation puts the burden of proof on the *employer/business/contractor* to show that they did not discriminate against the plaintiff based on (x), the "but for" causation puts the burden of proof on the *plaintiff* to prove that (x) was the overwhelming reason that the employer/business/contractor discriminated against them. The latter is much harder to prove, as the burden of proof falls on *you* as the plaintiff to show that the employer/business/contractor is lying. *TLDR* If this goes into law, you better have a Johnnie Cochran level lawyer on your side, or you can kiss your discrimination lawsuit goodbye.

Roger King, the King of TV Networks, (the white man that made 'Oprah' and Byron and many many more) said Byron Allen is a great salesman and will go to any length to close a deal. Byron is only here now as as a last resort to get the black community behind his court case. The truth is, since his mentor Roger King passed in 2007, the other big TV Network players, who were forced to accept Byron into the 'elite club' by King, have all mounted a coup against him.

On one of his pilgrimages (Hajj) to Mecca he made over 12,000 slaves walk 1000's of miles to Mecca, and gave away over 8 tons of gold to other Muslim cities like Cairo and Medina along the way.

As a result of, desegregation Black wealth was pretty much wiped out because Black communities were depleted from doing business with each other. Black communities had their own banks and goods and services so, we did not need white people at all.
I also, question the immigrants that come here because they are given in opportunity to participate in the American dream when Black Americans has been placed out of it. Certain political groups will make sure to help other minority groups and ignore Black people agenda.

Byron is probably the best salesman in the world. Just one criticism though. When Byron said he asked the white man if he was happy for him to control all the images of how his daughter saw herself, I thought, but you could argue that Byron himself has been influenced by the way the media controls the image of black women/people (which can be negative according to Byron) because even though Byron has a very close loving relationship with his black mother, and professes to have been heavily influenced by her career, he choose a white woman as his wife. I wonder if the white man he was talking to had a white wife and a white daughter? I thought we build with and replicate what we love. Just a thought!

When the white came to America he was given Native American women to be with while the chief was observing him. Captain John took married Pocahontas and took her back home to England. Your American ancestors had interracial relations on the plantations during slavery the men and the women. It’s a natural human condition.
