The perfect Jaguar F-Pace SVR should have the 2020 exterior with the 2021 interior.

Front & Rear lights are original design is much nicer and very unique!! Great job.
On the other hand, interiors are new F-PACE is much nicer. It’s so difficult to decide to switch to new F-PACE..

I like the deeper growl of the 2021 model. I have always liked the jaguar f pace SVR. I can remember seeing them in their camouflage wraps going up and the M42 and M5 in the UK on test runs.

Bit more crackle in older one but deeper growl in newer one and overall loos better inside and outside. I ordered mine Perth Australia mid April and wont get it till mid October due to computer chip shortage worldwide. Still will be worth the wait.

The computer chips are quite the problem in the automotive world at the moment... Very nice to hear yours is on order. Enjoy it in great health!

I’ve owned both although my 21 as just arrived and not driven it yet but the new interior made me swap . The taillights look much nicer but seems like the old one sounds better

The older model looks better and has a much nicer shifter and better LED lights. The only improvement with the new model is the tablet touch screen and the torque converter.

The torque converter is great. Driving dynamics are noticeable better!

@@TerlouwAutogroep After owning one for over a year, I just don't understand why people buy Audis, Volvos and, God Forbid, a Lexus or Acura SUV? The only competition is really that of Porsche, BMW and MB and those models are either less dynamically and aesthetically pleasing or simply a poorer value overall. The Jaguar is the best driving and best looking SUV for someone who needs to use it for its intended purpose. It is hands down more pleasing than a Velar or BMW X3 to drive and look at. The MBs are pretty but overall too soft and too expensive when decently optioned but the Jag is always a true joy to drive on any road in any weather and it is simply stunning to look at in almost any trim level with 20" or larger wheels when matched with a supercharged engine. It has some relatively minor faults but once you drive it, you tend to care less about the relative lack of top end interior materials and appointments and occasional infotainment glitches, which most people never routinely use or notice in daily driving. Of course, the key with any Jaguar ownership experience is daily driving satisfaction which is of course always positively correlated with opting for a supercharged engine and receiving top shelf dealer service. People who are not addicted to their Jags are usually those who bought the car with less powerful turbo 4 or a diesel and who live far away from dealers or have a crappy dealer experience overall. It is a niche brand and you therefore have to be a certain kind of individualist to really appreciate the car and prefer it over the more common and less dynamic and aesthetically pleasing competition. Most happy Jag owners would never be caught dead in a Lexus or an Audi or a Volvo or a Jeep or Lincoln or a Cadillac. I know I would never shell out such money for poor handling FWD biased SUVs with either mundane or hideously ugly looks. As a whole turbo 4s run hotter and tend to fail more frequently than supercharged 6s and 8s and offer less immediate torque and power. Accordingly I doubt I would love my F-Pace so much if it were saddled with an underwhelming diesel or a turbo 4 as there is nothing luxurious or sporting about an underpowered engine. I would not buy a XE or XF with anything less a supercharged 6 either. I always though Jaguar screwed up royally when it dumped the 340 HP supercharged V 6 for the underwhelming turbo 4s in the F-Pace. The F-Pace will accelerate from 0-60 in 5.3 seconds with that engine and as a base engine model, that V -6 offered so much more value than anything else from MB, Porsche or BMW. You could not touch the Jag's performance unless you shelled out $10K USD to $25K USD more than the Jag for a comparably powered MB, BMW or Porsche. That value was lost however when they replaced the V-6 in 2018 with the boring and underwhelming turbo-4s. The whole marketing campaign fell apart when they did that as the F-Pace was supposed to offer F-Type levels of power in a far more functional format for families. Had Jag kept the 340HP Supercharged V -6, it would have dominated AUDI, BMW and MB and Porsche throughout 2018-2020 instead of seeing a relative drop-off in unit sales. Who would buy an FWD biased Audi Q5 with 2 liter turbo over an F-Pace with a supercharged 6?

I wish it sounded more like the f type, I will likely buy the f type svr over the f pace svr for the sound even though I own an f pace diesel now, not enough drama in the sound

Only possibility is to do an engine swap with a supercharged 5.0 V8 really….
But an V6 is awesome! Enjoy it!
