Hey guys love your van build! I really love the idea for the ceiling of the van did you use insulation for that and if so did you experience any fallout with the tapestry?
yes unfortunately in the heat the spray glue has not worked that well :( so we ended up using zip ties to attach the tapestry to the metal bars running along the ceiling. The tapestry then holds up the fallen reflectix insulation. It's not the best because it does sag in the middle areas which takes away a couple inches of head space, but it stays up so we deal with it. I have also heard that the reflectix insulation works best when there is an inch or so of space between it and the van ceiling so maybe our solution gives us better insulation...? not 100% sure on that so don't quote me lol (;
Queen bed! We though about custom building a smaller frame & mattress to fit the van perfectly, but we had the opportunity of a free mattress from family and decided sleeping comfortably wouldn’t be the worst thing😋

@@mahdeesun4407 I was going to order the same type of frame but in a full-size. I am guessing you will lay north to south instead of East to west.
