Bravo 👏 👏 plan in 60*40 and very neatly explained with details. Especially calculation of courtyard! As I plan to build chettinadu courtyard house so sure I will contact you . Note : Pooja room was missing as it very important for any house. Next time add it in plan .

எங்கள் வரைபடத்தில வீட்டின்் மேற்கில் முற்றம் வைத்துள்ளார்கள். அடித்தளம் வேலைகள் முடிந்தது. மேற்கொண்டு சுவர் எழுப்பும் வேலைகள் தொடங்கவேண்டும். நம் முன்னோர்கள் நடுவில் முற்றம் வைத்தனர். இடத்தைப் பொருத்து மேற்கில் இங்கே முற்றம் வருகிறது.
ஒருவேளை முற்றம் வேண்டாமென்று முடிவெடுத்தால் மேலே மூடிவிடவேண்டியதாக இருக்கும். அவ்வாறு மூடிவிட்டால் இரண்டு அறைகளுக்கு நடுவில் 10'x5'3" என்ற ஓர் அறை கிடைக்கும்.
கேள்விகள்:
1. மேற்கில் முற்றம் வைப்பது நற்பலன் அளிக்குமா
2.ஒருவேளை முற்றம் வேண்டாமென்று முடிவெடுத்தால் இரண்டு அறைகளுக்கு நடுவில் 10'x5'3" என்ற ஓர் அறை கிடைக்கும் அறையை எதற்குப் பயன்படுத்தலாம் என்றும் கேள்வி.
