와 신기한게 ,확실히 어휘나 유창함 정도는 체계적으로 배운 데이브가 더 나은데 발음이나 억양은 진짜 이기홍 못이긴다. 어릴때부터 부모님이랑 한국말 듣고 말한게 진짜 큰듯 스티븐연도 그렇던데..
전와 그런거같네요 억양이 굉장해
ㄹㅇ 환경 무시 못 하는 것 같음 데이브는 다 크고 한국어 배워서 그런지 아직도 억양이 부자연스러운데 이기홍은 부모님이랑 같이 어릴 때부터 계속 꾸준히 한국말 듣고 말해서 그런지 억양만 보면 그냥 한국에서 쭉 산 수준

because asian celebrity firms want to refrain their talents to get a gf/bf or get married (unless you're in your 30ties, but when you just had your debut and are on your way up they definitely consider that as a scandal), because they're there for the fans only and they're suppose to be their fantasy and it crushes it when they have somebody they love more than the fans (for example that one akb48 japanese celebrity shaved her HEAD to publicly apologise for going on a DATE with somebody, it can be that extreme for young talents)

There is something so fascinating about Dave teaching a Korean person about Korean phrases and culture. I mean, it's understandable considering Kihong Lee moved away from Korea at such a young age, and Dave has spent much of his adult life in Korea. I just find it so interesting that Dave has been in Korea so long now that culturally, he is very Korean. :)
As a side note, I had no idea Dave was Hispanic and now I love him even more, haha.

액땜 is basically smaller bad thing happens but it turns out that you can prevent worst situations because of the bad thing. something like you drop you smart phone in front of crosswalk so you don't cross but soon after that some crazy driver hit all the pedestrians on the crosswalk so breaking your phone is unlucky but you can save your life because of that. am I right?

I like this Kihong kid. He seems down to earth and speaks both languages well. I've seen so many Koreans who spend few years in the states and act as if they can't speak Korean anymore.

이기홍한테 그냥 한국인 자체로 보는게 좀 실례일수도 있다고 생각해요 국적은 미국이니까 어디까지나 '한국계'고 이기홍한테 한국에 대해 물어보는것도 말고 안되고 한국어가 서툴다고 그거에 주목할 필요 없이 자연스러운거라 보면 되는데 가끔가다 아예 이기홍을 한국인으로 보는 사람이 있으니까,,
이기홍님이 할리우드 배우로서도 ‘이기홍’이라는 한국 이름을 쓰는 이유도 본인이 직접 ‘저는 한국인이니까요’ 라고 했습니다. 실례는 무슨요...ㅋㅋ

Haha they were just asking each other if they can speak the language, I'm so surprised that kihong studied Spanish for 3 years at school and he's actually very good,my classmates and I studied English in school for 3 years too and they can't even introduce themselves lmao (I can speak English well because I kinda learned it myself since I was young,well, I'm still learning but at least I can have a good conversation)
