38th Annual Grand Illumination Parade in Norfolk

The 38th Annual Grand Illumination Parade will fill the streets of Norfolk Saturday.
The parade takes place every year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving - this year it’s Nov. 23. The event is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. and last about an hour, starting from when you can see the first unit.
