    That is so intense and I broke six boards when I trained in the International Taekwondo Federation at Red Tiger when my instructor Mr. Mario Canciellere requested me but mine where just wooden pieces of boards and this guy is breaking up to four bricks with a one inch pinch technique by Bruce Lee the true developer and inventor of this technique and the guy did it so fast that is incredible!

      ​​@@Andyman269 I've watched it over many times and I can see what you are talking about. With the single and double bricks I can't see the cracks. But with the 4 bricks I can see the cracks in only the 3rd and 4th brick. The 4th brick breaks where the Crack is but not the third. But who knows, the cracks could be hidden on the side that is not visible to us. These bricks could be made entirely of Styrofoam for all we know. But then those calloused knucks also must be fake too.

      ​@@genroono All bricks have cracks. You're wrong. The trick is one brick is very easy to crack. Everything can crack with enough force when you clamp it into place. If the 3 & 4 bricks have any room to move behind them, they'll just fall and won't crack.

      I've never done this because I value not having broken knuckles but I have taken bricks and dropped them and they break easily from dropping. I'd like to see him do that to wood!

      the point of this isn't to say it's a viable technique. it's to show the power you can generate. In this instance, it's from a few inches. imagine someone coming at you, and you feign fear, throwing your hands up, palms out like "don't hurt me" and as soon as they're up, you throw this punch. they have no time to react. they're just out.

      @@warior1195 not sure, short hand power is a characteristic in almost all southern boxing systems; Wing Chun, Hung Gar, Bak Mei, Goh Chor, Tai Chor and Yong Chun. 1 inch punch and variations exist throughout all the above.
      You only have to deduce from Bruce Lee’s last Sifu, Ip Man and that lineage that goes back to the original female student, Wing Chun, who was taught the art by Ng Mui (Buddhist Nun) who trained among the Shaolin Monks to see the common trait.

      この類の芸はパンチそのものの「打撃」で破壊してるというか「押す力」で破壊してるのかな。
      もちろん訓練してるからできるものだろうけど。
      もし一般的な打撃として大きく振りかぶってパンチしようものなら、いくらこの人でも皮膚と骨は無事じゃないと思う。

      There is 0 chance the 1 inch punch is more deadly than a regular punch. Not enough room for kinetic chaining the body, increased velocity, or centrifugal force vs a normal punch.
      Its purpose was merely to demonstrate that Bruce Lee had that much power that even with a massive handicap he can punch hard.
