Oh, I almost forgot! Another thing about hover drives is that they don't like climbing all too well, be careful about going completely vertical or else your plane may stall. You can however fix this issue by using some form of normal engine (like super rockets) to help it in these scenarios.

I just use 0 drag on my hover drives and max speed and ignore others and i can climb fine

(You can place half blocks in the blue areas. What matters is that the blocks in the blue spaces don't touch the most important parts of the engine.)

I personally find these very useful. Normally I would try tutorials and see how the planes worked in those, but this time, I can finally see all the details that I’ve been missing out on. Thanks man.

Tip for the hover thruster : you can use the piston for a little boost when activated in case when someone is chasing u and u have the small speed and their are faster so piston will help a bit
You could do a short(or normal) episode on special things you can add to your builds like flares, night vision and possible custom weapons

Bro anyone which is not subscribe should be bc look at how much time and effort he puts in.
On the blue no build spaces you can use half blocks or wing panels if youre using it on a narrower build so it wont have to take up more space and not work with your design, just wanted to mention that it helps when building

Fire thanks for uploading both of these plane basics as i was able to use part of the knowledge to build my fighter jet with my most kills, The S-1D (it has multiple variants and upgrades but for now it is in variant 1D) i kind of needed help from 2 (maybe) other videos from 2 other youtubers.

keep in mind the faster youre going is the faster your control surfaces (both default or custom) are going to make you turn, at a certain point they can make the plane hard to aim or even make you lose control of it. i recommend using smaller angles or reducing the size/ammount of your control surfaces, if youre a fighter jet going over 1000sps 45 degrees or above isnt the best option. the ailerons are usually more powerful than the elevators, so they need the same angles as the elevators or slightly smaller ones. the 45 degrees angle being too much may not be true for big planes going that fast since they are heavier and harder to turn, but reducing some angles a little can result in a smoother experience.
If we're being real here anything over 45 degrees is just an airbrake

Very nice, this is perfect for what we the community needs. It is just the right budget (none) and it is just the tutorial it doesn't bother our time with uneeded commentary, C.G.I intros, or like begging. Keep it up and I think you will be the most prominent figure in plane crazy community if not already.

Love the video i built an a10 with some flares, rockets, fireworks, and custom missiles and its very manueverable and goes up to 600 max speed and about 640 max speed with flares, and missiles shot. Brrrrrrt

You forgot about another engine variant of the conveyor engine, I think it's called a motor conveyor engine. The engine is made up of two motors and a conveyor, you place the conveyor in the middle between the two motors with the conveyor engine and the motors facing forward. The motors have to look like a T and the black part of the conveyor has to face down but it has to be able to move. Although you can't put anything around the engine, you can get around this with motor lock, because if you use motor lock to put blocks around the engine it will still perform. Next, you configure the motors to unpowered, not locked, not reset, and not toggled. The conveyor is configured too not toggled. To increase or decrease the speed, you increase the speed slider in the conveyor and the two motors, make sure they are the same. The torque does not affect the engine to my knowledge. I like this engine because you configure the speed without adding any more blocks, all you have to do is change the speed slider to your liking. And this engine does not seem to be mostly glitch-free for me, and it can go backward and forwards. I learned about this engine from my friend, but this engine is not well known as I've never seen other people use it.
One tip with the hover u can user 4 instead of 3 4 is the best for reduce wobble and gain mor speed

for conveyor drives, there is a version with suspension and the conveyor facing down but it includes some motorlock, although it includes motorlock it is good for jets because it is only 1 block thin and one block tall (when spawned in ofc)
edit: i forgot he covered the suspension conveyor engine

I have the CD on a smaller build of mine and I’m not sure if it was a big fix or my strange design but it flies scarily smooth at 1300
AMAZING FLARES
For me, using hover thruster work best for high ending pc, if you are lagging then i recommend to use super rockets instead and use the conveyor drive as a boost or to chase others *If you are like me then use it to escape ;-;* i use 15 for conveyor speed for stability and speed.

Actually, you don’t need to set the pistons in the hover drive to absolutely zero, you can make it to push at max force and get some more speed out of it.

Absolutely! You can add more hovers for one drive, and yes, this increases your max speed.
Bro, i know you dont wanna do tutorials from your buildings but, can you please make the AA missiles that are in the intro please?
I'm pretty sure there are already missile tutorials out there.
I will not be doing tutorials as they breed laziness and unoriginality. They also destroy people's ability to think for themselves, so as soon as they run into a problem building, they give up immediately and say "I'm just gonna find a tutorial for this and build that instead".
My goal is to educate people so that they can fix problems they run into while building themselves, so that they can sit back and say "I built that myself", that's one of the most satisfying things about this game if you were to ask me.
I agree with fire, the only tut I’m really using right now is a Bismarck tut cuz I want a battleship but don’t feel like making my own boat because a; I’ll never make another boat and b; it looks cool

Ah yes.. Glitch engines! Or as i like to call them "Jerries friction based engines"! Anyways time to imput these wonderful designs into my helicopters forgetting about the fact they are for jets and not horizontal propellered planes or helicopters.
