In the last story, Ken and Barbie didn't do this by accident. I believe they knew exactly what they were doing. They figured they would get away with it because nobody was using that land, and they just decided to take it.
I agree whole heartedly. They were also probably hoping that enough time to elapse so that they could claim adverse position. They're just pissed that they got caught. I also can't help but wonder if they had all of the appropriate permits, licenses und insurance for running a business.
The last one, I’m surprised the cops or city didn’t have a problem with them trespassing, building without a permit, etc with those neighbors.

The stories on this channel are so much better than others, especially without all the political bias and comments that some channels want to insert into the commentary.
I have found a really good way to deal with trespassers a passive way. The company orbit makes these automatic sprinkler systems that are motion sensitive. Anybody passes within a certain number of feet will get a soaking. There’s several videos on RUclips showing how it works.
Last story: I would promptly put up a fence with "No Trespassing" signs and change any locks that may be on the door unti all legal questions were answered. Now that the property lines and ownership are known, there's a huge liability risk if something happens in "their" venue on *your* property.
I'll be getting offense on my property just because one it's security, it'll increase the value of your home and it'll prevent these kids from harassing the new people so that you don't have to worry about that.
Just put up barbed wire fencing, with warning signs, electrified, barbed wire fence, cross at your own risk, you have been warned. That should hold up in court if someone is stupid enough to test it. Always did on the farm
Kids don’t adhere to your warnings. Get a junk yard dog and turn it loose in you yard. Put up a sign Beware of dog , and no trespassing. Get another one with wording. You are no longer considered trespassing, you are now a target.
I really doubt the couple in the last story don't have the money to buy or lease the property in the last story. Unless they just blow the money and don't reinvest the profit like a good business owner should.
Trespassing Kids Story: OP needs to call the Police to report them for Trespassing and Destruction of Property. Then, if OP isn't willing to put up a fence, install a motion activated sprinkler aimed right at where the lids tend to Trespass...the next time they walk through OP's yard, ZAP...they get sprayed... Oh, and I'd also call CPS to report the Parents for failing to keep their kids from damaging other peoples Property...just to twist the knife a little...and if that didn't work, I'd call a Lawyer and Sue the Unholy Howling HELL out of the Brats and their Parents for the Harassment, Trespassing and Destruction of Property then file for a Restraining Order (No Contact & STAY OFF MY PROPERTY!) against all of them... 😄😁😆😅😂🤣
The story about the landlord, op said it right. It was all about control. He wanted to show everyone he was the boss of everything in his domain. He learned otherwise.
I'm learning towards that they knew and they were making a good profit from it and not paying taxes on it and they were paying off the loan on there property
Last Story - They wanted to be event hosts without knowing the first thing about business or the law. The OP should alert the goverment to their business. There's no way this business is legal if they can't afford the on going insurance and maintenance costs. Up front permitting, occupancy certification and licensing are expensive as hell.
1-I'd have used the free legal advice to create what ever a cease and desist order is in the uk. 2-Fences make good neighbors. I'd have called the cops on the kid with the bb gun. Build the fence, it will help with the sale of your house.
Good morning, RW and all! After listening to all your malicious compliance stories, I figure if I were to tell you what to do, I would have to really be careful on how I said things. LOL Some of your compliances are very funny! Catch you tomorrow!
@@JamesSmith-gz7ze sure, but this is malicious compliance. somebody tells you to do something, and you do it exactly that way. where is the malicious compliance here. they tresspassed, OP called the cops. done.

@@DigitalCowboy000, good point about permits and such.
@@TimMck-x7i something tells me that given that they "couldn't "afford" the options that the OP offered. They probably didn't.

2nd Story - moving soon and don't want to spend $$$ on a fence? Motion activated sprinklers. When the little bastards cut through your yard, soak 'em.

People walking through your yard ….motion detectors and a sprinkler system…. Are a good deterrent. !!
I´ve done it and it works. People get upset, but not really hurt, and most never figure it out.😆

Depending on where you live, that may be a very bad idea.
The best sign I’ve ever seen, “No Trespassing, Survives Will Be Prosecuted!”

Maybe try listening to all of the story first before speaking. They DID call the police.

Second story - two words - Claymore mines...
Sinking money into a property that isn't thief's how stupid could those people be.
Last Story - They wanted to be event hosts without knowing the first thing about business or the law.

Sheriff has two F's
A contraction of 'shire reeve'.
2nd story-time to call the police and pull out your gun.

Yeah, but Karen cannot spell.
Someone needs to learn how to spell Sheriff right.
so, maliciously calling the cops on trespassing kids? what is this channel. maliciously just doing normal stuff?
Guess you didn't hear the parts of them saying damage to property
