By the title, the sound and video represent two opposite messages. Filth (The Fat Man/Pervert, Dirty Riffs, aggressive moments) mixed in the Beauty (Seductive Escort / R&B female vocals, melodic verses). It is a dichotomy on purpose, and the jarring contrast is what makes it unique.
