As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I knew what you had. I had my first one in 8th grade and then had them occasionally into my 30s. Maybe only 1 or 2 a year. As I've gotten older they've increased slightly to maybe 3-4 per year. I usually don't get the headache, just the growing jagged rainbow prism effect. Mine usually resolve in about 45 minutes.
