If Im bored, then I just try to do something that takes my mind off of it. A walk, a movie, cooking (I have food projects like making kimchi and bread. Ive been totally into watching the Great British Bakeoff) So being up and actively doing something helps. Wish you lots of love and support!

I love balance, really don’t care for strict diets whatsoever. Theeeen I found out I was pregnant w my third kid (I’m 23) & I just started hating my body & stopped taking care of it. I get horrible nausea anyways so it’s hard to hold down any food, even veggies. I’m nearing my second trimester now and my body is like WHERE DID THE VEGGIES GO?? Your channel is helping motivate me to get back on my shit! Cant wait for your ebook. I would love to see grocery haul videos too if you can!

I have a family who likes to eat about everything. So my diet always get ruined after 4 to 6 days. The weekend comes and I see all the food around me that their eating and can't help it. Ruins my diet Everytime. After dieting so many days I still feel so Hungry. I don't know what to do.i feel helpless to try anymore.

well an eating disorder doesn’t fall into a specific set of characteristics. an eating disorder is when someone has a problem with eating that falls outside of the norm. we are supposed to eat multiple meals a day, and thinking about those meals so hard to the point where one wants to skip it versus it being a natural reflex to just eat that meal is a problem with eating. ❤️ if that makes sense lol.
its for those people with the "diet culture" mind into clicking this video, so that they see that they can eat in a balanced diet without guilt and that they dont have to starve themselves
