Hi, great video.. I would like to ask you an important question... Can i eliminate the sound that the device do when it starts to record the audio ?Its just that im not sure if my teacher will be happy with a constant "beep" on her class. Thank you for your answer!!!
Can this system be used with the N2 pen as well? We have purchased a total of 2 N2 pens, my son has a learning disability and with the N2 pen he is able to take notes with his professors but he has to make sure his iPad is fully charged and enough memory space. This is a better system but you only have the recorder and pen with paper, no issues with the iPad or iPhone.
I think this recorder is meant to replace the recording functionality in the app. Having two audio sources/recordings linked to one set of notes sounds like it could get messy. I have both the Livescribe Aegir and the NeoPen M1, and I prefer the M1. I use my Livescribe for lectures and my NeoPen mostly for work. Livescribe's recording quality in-app is far superior to Neo Notes', but Livescribe's app guzzled my phone's battery like crazy. Perhaps this is one of the benefits of the Reco, but I checked their website and couldn't find how long the battery is estimated to last. The reason I veered towards Neolabs' products is because I've had many issues with Livescribe's connectivity and it not recording either my notes or audio. If Neolabs could print the record button on their page and increase the recording quality in the app they would hands-down have the far superior product, imo.
You can check out more information from this website. they are doing a Kickstarter campaign. www.kickstarter.com/projects/neosmartpenreco/meet-future-of-voice-recorder It recorded the voice during classes, meetings or interviews etc. If you take notes with the smartpen one notebook at the same time. Then after classes or meetings, you can reply the specific part of the recording by touching the notes you wrote down with the smartpen.
If you just buy Reco, it only record the voice. If you want to record both audio and handwriting in a meeting or discussion, use Reco with neosmartpen together.
Your company reinvent the traditional Pen 👍 congratulation to your Team 👌

Yes, If you just buy Smart Recorder, Reco, connect with N2 pen and use it. I hope it will help your son to improve learning ability.
Why can't I continue to use my Neo Note app in my smartphone to record audio? And why is this different from LiveScribe from several years ago?
Is it an extra recorder? Or will it replace the function of recording audio in the Neo App? I'm thinking of going from livescribe to your products...

Will this recognise only one voice?. I am asking this because if this is used in a discussion or meeting how it works...
