b is the number in front of x. a is the number in front of x^2. c is the number with no variable. For examples 2x^2+3x+4 2 is a 3 is b 4 is c, he just put them in a different order

how do you find the amount of time it takes for something to get to its max height or how long it takes for something to hit the ground
I thought b was the second coefficient not the first..
