Very helpful ty. Sadly this resonates. As an adoptee everything started in trauma then went into sexual/spirtual abuse. Later in life became very ill almost to death. I believe by the grace of God.. I'm here today trying to heal and trust again. I'm trusting the Lord will help with the shame and fragmentation. It's like baby steps going toward the Lord...my spirit wants to run to him but my flesh wants to run away.
