You cant equip blacklist contracts just extract the “blacklist cars” from lockdown and you done it I already got 6/15

If u Cant see it in your cars, then you need to unlock the basic cayman model to drive it.

You dont open the map in a police chase especially in the lock down area very dumb move ngl
