      Hi, I HOPE no one is bullying you anymore!!! (I was bullied as a child and teenager and always defend anyone who is bullied) - yes having a baby and knitting for him/her is fun... you can give them away too 😉💛🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

    Thank you for this magnificent baby socks of yours. I followed your video over and over. It was difficult for me to understand what you were saying after the heel making the toe, so after ripping it apart five times I went to your written pattern. Success! THEY CAME OUT PERFECT. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO. I MUST SAY KNITTING TECHNIQUES ARE MUCH EASIER TODAY THEN 50 plus years ago. 🌺🌹🥰🙋🏽🇵🇷🇺🇲☕Everything that i knit and crochet i donate to benifit the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY.

    My baby grand daughter was born 5 days ago! I've been looking for knitting projects for her. Actually, I have 2 little grandsons and probably could up size these a little. I've never seen those tiny little needles!

    Hi, I love this tutorial, so easy to follow, thanks for making it. I was wondering about you knitting the 1st row before you distributed the stitches to the other needles. I’m going to try it because it looked so much easier to join them. The way I learned was to cast all stitches on 1 needle, distribute, join and start the 1st row. Your way looks so much better!!🤗

    • @HandMadeRukodelky
      @HandMadeRukodelky  2 года назад +2

      Thank you Robyn - yes I do it because it is easier to connect without twisting the knit, especially if the yarn is thicker than sock yarn 🌹

      agree with you, I've just tried it the first time :) and it is so much easier, I did with fine bamboo yarn with 1,5 mm DPNS.

    • @HandMadeRukodelky
      @HandMadeRukodelky  2 года назад

      Hi Vickie - I bought them long time ago, but I believe the on-line website can no longer be reached :( which is not good - I love my needles... everyone loves the expensive ones, but I just love these - they feel great in my hands... the on-line store was called eknittingneedles

    Have sport weight size 3 here in the US. Would that work?

    • @HandMadeRukodelky
      @HandMadeRukodelky  2 года назад

      Mandy, it could work - use the same needle size for worsted yarn (not the needle size for #3 yarn weight)... (or cast on few more stitches, but then you will have to adjust the heel stitches/decreasing) - also - after you are finished with heel - make few rows extra, before you start decreasing for the toe area - children grow out of these VERY fast... so make them a little longer... 🍀

    • @HandMadeRukodelky
      @HandMadeRukodelky  3 года назад +1

      Hi Cristina, a few years back I found them on a website called eknittingneedles.com - but it looks like that website is no longer active - I bought a couple of sets (5", 7", 10" and 14" long) of all sizes from lace to very bulky sizes... I think you could find good deals on amazon as well - but check if they are coming from overseas... hope this helps 🍀
