I think I prefer the original model but I really love the detail of Shadow’s quills becoming electrified when Chaos Control is ready, kinda wish the game itself did that too
I love the colors and higher-res textures, but I'm gonna have to give it to the original model for the face. The HD model's eyes feel too small and the mouth feels way too big (I know the mouth wasn't touched in the making of the HD model, but I'm saying it looks big BECAUSE the eyes were shrunk. Basically it makes his face look too bottom heavy.) I also feel like the original model got the chest fur right. In the actual movie, it's not as spread apart like it is in the games. Lastly, I feel like Shadow's fur could be a bit more blue-black instead of full black-black (if you watch the movie and look at some of his promo renders, you'll notice Movie Shadow has a blue sheen to his fur. It's subtle, but it's there.) Other than those critique's, it's not bad. I'd give it a 8/10
I liked it, the colors seem more vibrant and much more similar to his appearance in the movie, but I see that the mod guys are still having difficulties adjusting him completely for the whole game due to the face rig that continues to get in the way on the result screen
Hi, creator of the mod here!! Shadow from the dlc IS NOT meant to be played outside of the actual dlc level. there is a code which blue vivacity is using which allows for gameplay outside of the dlc tokyo level! nothing to do with the mod :)
I think ultimately I like the original model more, but I appreciate the lighting fix and the more saturated irises. I wish the mod kept the highlights for his eyes more pointed, like in the original model.
I love this and would really like to use it in the main game too. But we need someone to fix the animations for movie Shadow in the main game before I think it's worth going for.

If Keanu Shadow was to see his 2nd self in the same universe. lol That would be a game changer seeing game Sonic characters meeting with Movie Sonic characters. Oh, wait. That’s already a thing in mobile games. And console and PC Sonic games are going to have the same treatment. lol

1:40 sonic games going forward should have that aura thing that shadow generations has I think it’s after you do a booster after you certain amount of rings, but it just looks really cool and it reminds me of how in sonic adventure just standing still has a normal animation, but after a jump, sonic does a more battle already animation

I think it's more accurate than the OG skin, especially since it doesn't have that weird lighting effect on his fur.

A combination of Speed Battle model and OG with some touches, feels a lot better now in my opinion
I don't know why but the lightning ⚡ effects just have to be included with these models, it doesn't feel like the real deal without it.
This mod is so satisfying to look at and much more appealing than the original tbh

The aura is from his chaos control meter filling up. He gains meter by destroying enemies; it's not related to rings or boosting.
