If this could happen then it can change the world of law but still the code can never inject the wisdom in the computer which is most important factor for making decisions.
Are you really serious about this AI nonsense in the law. Simply put...a machine can never replace or be a human period...in some things maybe....but that is it. Time better spent would be to get higher quality judges:)
RV Legal Eagle & Paws So you have studied law lol. BTW I agree wholeheartedly robots as judges is ridiculous at best downright Orewellian horror at worst.
I agree. You will never be able to teach a computer ethics. At least not on the level that humans possess it. A computer will never be able to weigh all the factors that come to a certain case. All cases are different.
RV Legal Eagle & Paws that sounds nice but judges are among the most educated, highest paid, most prestigeous jobs there are but they are still ...just a spectrum of people.
Excellent summary there: when u say anything, it can only mean one thing. N thats how law should be.
The Rule of LAW is so important to humanity.
If this could happen then it can change the world of law but still the code can never inject the wisdom in the computer which is most important factor for making decisions.
