I honestly love carrot, Because she's adorable, badass and cause she managed to avenge Pedro in Wano and so on! She's awesome although I kinda wish she got her Sulong form as an Actual Transformation but I guess it makes sense they made it how they it is, since she did use it a few times in the anime, also awesome video!
She avenged Pedro? Did you just take Cat Viper's credit and gave it to carrot. 😂
Carrot and Yamato on the same team would be TERRIFYINGLY strong due to boty of them being able to stun lock EVERYONE. Yamato with her ice and Carrot with her electricity.
Yeah Carrot is one of the more fun characters in PW4 for me Right next to Nami and Katakuri. Definently one of the best characters IMO. Though personally with my build of Carrrot I give her Great Pirate''s Ire to strengthen her paralysis abiility.
The only gripe I have with Carrot is that her Su-long form isn't a transofrmation but unlike Chopper, I'm proud with what we got from Carrot regardless.
As for the next character to look at. I'm not sure. Like I said in the tier list video the only ones I disagree with the most are Nami, Carrot and Bege and you already cover the latter 2. I say just pick a character you think deserves a 2nd chance when it comes to the tier list.

YEEEEEESSS in 1v1's she shreds through health bars. Granted she doesn't have the best crowd control, but she doesn't really need it tbh. She's kind of a like a pseudo-sky type in a weird roundabout sort of way. Solid A tier, I also am of the mindset that she is pretty close to those 3 brothers. I don't know if I'd put her above them though.

U should do Sabo, his combos are mostly trash but his special attacks hit super hard

Definitely use the skill that increase health when on burst mode with all characters to he basically immortal
Her boss killing prowess is good but her con she takes a while to get thousands of KO like the normal sized characters. So to summarize as a boss killer she's a mid A but overall high b or very low A in my opinion. There's just to many better options 😅
It's not about being sorry, we want CARROT'S SULONG FORM playable with combo's.
Why didn't they add her sulong as a transformation.😕

Yeah, Carrot's definitely an A-lister but she's mid A tier without a Sulong Transformation. I'm excited to see Sabo, Kid, and Cavendish. Especially Sabo.

What difficulty did u have it on?
Difficulty doesn't affect treasure log, the stage is set at lvl 18, difficulty only affects the story mode and free log
