- What is up Bros? We are 2 days away from our show in DC and we can't wait. But first, we got some VPR. We just found out that VPR is officially PAUSED moving forward... But in this episode the gang heads to San Francisco for Kyle Chan's event. We get an update on Something About Her and we learn little bit more about Penny. Scheana and Sandoval clear the air and become friends again despite the many times Sandoval has been rude to her. Lala has her 33rd birthday party, where Scheana and Lala discuss the group being able to move forward with Sandoval. In front of Ariana. Again. We get to meet Dan finally and he and Ariana do seem very happy together. When the crew gets to San Francisco, Sandoval and Schwartz agree to move in together, which im sure won't go horribly wrong. Brock attempts to have a heart to heart with Ariana about forgiveness which was laughable, and Ariana gives him one of the best breakdowns of the situation we've heard all season. Shut up Brock. Schwartz and Katie continue to show chemistry but despite some efforts for a one night stand, it appears they will remain just friends. Scheana and Sandoval have ANOTHER heart to heart about Dan, Ariana and she asks him if he can take accountability... Again... At least this time Sandoval actually apologizes in his confessional. But this season has been a bit of a drag. Its repetitive and just flat out boring... Can the pause fix the show? or is it time for VPR to go.
Also I’m really enjoying the show getting paused after Lala did all the work to get a storyline of giving birth it will be missed while Ariana films love island. Karma comes at you fast 😂

I heard that Dan did not want to be on the show because he didn’t want the producers to have their way and push him to have a conversation with Tom Sandoval!! Because you know that they would’ve had either Brock or their pet La Blah try to push Sandoval and Dan to have a conversation and Dan wasn’t having it!!
I’m actually proud of him for having Ariana’s back, because he knew the games they were playing at that time and are still playing !!
What is with like the group the group has never been all friends from day one.
Lala and Scheana are the big blabber mouths. Tom bombed his own redemption arc. The Tom’s new child girlfriends are going to have to suffer more time with these two buffoons before they get on the show since filming is on pause😂😂
She’s a model &23 & never watch the show & isn’t on social media.give me a break …a model not on social media is about as real as a rainbow unicorn.
On point Steel with the weirdo rant! And Shooter is the perfect comedic relief. Arianna is so on point with how she should feel about all of this and I loved the convo between her and Brock. He sure didn't have anything to say after that Mr. "I have to make the conversations happen"!! Arianna gives the people the exact conversation needed!!
I think the whole Dan not being on the show thing comes down to a couple things
1) Ariana probably doesn’t necessarily want another relationship featured on the show considering what happened to the last one
2) I watched WWHL and according to Ariana, at this point in time, she thought the girls were on her side, and that she already had support
3) it would be hard not to punch Tom when he pokes at airana
4) they didn’t want people criticizing their relationship to justify Tom’s behaviour in away.
Do you guys remember at the beginning of this whole drama Tom S. said that because he went to counseling, even tho it was pretend, Ariana has started recognizing her faults. He than said whoever gets her next is getting a great gal . Totally insinuating he fixed Ariana this guy is a total piece of work. How do you absolutely betray a person while patting yourself on the back for fixing the person whose heart you broke.
What kills me about the Arianna narrative is that they are acting as if she is responding that way now, not THREE MONTHS after the affair last spring. That's why Andy was pushing the "it was only three months" narrative with Arianna and Katie on WWHL. I was glad we lost Brock last season and would love to loose him again. Payroll husband is not needed.
I really enjoyed the scene where Brock and Ariana were talking and she brought up that the guys have been yelling at the women all season and that’s not a problem, but he wants Ariana to feel guilty about yelling at Tom once

My jaw dropped when Ariana did the jab, the man who yelled at my friend 2 days ago? Mr. Sheana looked so dumb. Fighting for the guy insulting his own wife repeatedly. Also, yes where are the kids? Dude has no moral compass. Hes a joke.
And remember, Tom Swarts started dating Sophia in between season 10 reunion and season 11 filming so all these conversations with Jo are just bullshit
If “Stay in your lane and mind your business, respectfully” was a person, it was Arianna schooling Brock on emotions. She’s really articulate and I love how she broke it down for him without getting angry or crying. I need to learn how to do that!
Tom once again insinuates that he couldn't break up with Arianna because she might have hurt herself, according to him. And that's IF he actually did want to break up with her, which I think he actually may not have wanted to do in spite of his long time betrayal. This is the same guy who implied to Lisa V that HE was suicidal. Interesting that it seems he may be using the idea of self harm as both a sword and a shield to avoid accountability.
Seems once being friends of Arianna no longer profitable then dump and trash her reputation. Cost my viewership.
I completely agree.. if your on a reality show like this, where sooo many people are following along, the magic of the show goes away when social media is showing exactly where everyone stands with everything. They should have a contract with bravo where social medias/podcasts are on lockdown as far as anything related to castmates and the show. There’s no rule you have to share every single thing on social media. It’s weird. Im just saying if u care about ur show and want it to continue, you’ll make that sacrifice

I think they are waiting for Raquel’s lawsuit results. If he gets convicted of revenge porn, they will have to let Tom go.
Tom is not being sued for revenge porn, Ariana is. Tom’s case is eavesdropping and that isn’t a crime.

I think the reason the cast is forgiving Tom is because production has told them its necessary for the show to move forward... and without the show they don't have jobs. Alex Baskin said on his podcast a month or so ago that when Scandavol happened he was worried that Tom broke the group in a way thatcthey couldn't recover from, so I think this season is productions efforts to get tue group back together. The problem is exactly what you guys have said, Sandavol has given them no reason to befriend him again. But because Ariana has so much going on that she may not stay with the show then the only wa_ to move the group forward is to have Tom back in the mix. Plus this show has always been misogynistic, if the boys behave badly (fist fight, cheat, gossip) it was always okay and boys being boys, but when the girls had the same behavior they were terrible, horrible, unforgivable people. So even now there is an affair and the cheater is forgiven and the victim is the bad guy for not being nice.
I've listened to a few of Alex Baskin's podcasts and he is a cringy tawt.
Which just shows us that bravo must be stuck in the 90s
Why did they think people would want to see Tom Sandoval redemption?
They really thought the world had not an evolved since Monica Lewinsky, where we learned who we probably shouldn’t just shame the women and cheating scandals we should probably hold the man accountable
Not to mention, it just goes back to the show being such a sexist misogynistic crap pile even when you go back and watch the old seasons, you can see it the guys just treat these women like shit and then everybody rallies around the guys and acts like the women are crazy for having any kind of response to being treated like shit
@@tracim3080 i agree, historically VPR has always rewarded male toxicity and demonized the women when they objected to that treatment or stood up for them selves.
I think you are correct when you say production is out of touch when they think we want to see Toms redemption. Its like they ignore the fact that the majority of Bravo viewers are women.
I think production got this season all wrong and likely VPR won't be coming back. I wonder what would have happened if production just let the cast react naturally to the fall out and not tried to give Ariana the villain edit.
Exactly, if this had been organic, we would have loved it. The Tom redemption arc pissed us off.
I feel like there's so much we'll never get answers to, like how production knew about T & R. If production knew, Lisa knew and I think some of the cast knew more than what they are admitting to as well 🤷🏼♀️ the whole situation makes no sense otherwise.

I feel the people who work on the show, the “talent” and Andy, production, Lisa all thought it would go one way and it didn’t. It made them all look dumb because Lauren was not the voice of reason like what show was Andy watching
penny was an employee and should have represented the company. Penny is a snake. Ariana and Katie’s attorney should have filed their trademark filing. I think Lisa was getting a finders fee from Penny.

Dan seems like a nice guy and if he’s making Ariana happy it’s all good. I do get why people question him because he’s 40 years old, never been married and he’s a personal trainer 🤷♀️

@@bravbrospodcast nothing wrong at all, he’s super fit and obviously enjoys it. Ariana has always been ambitious and is really hitting it right now and he seems very relaxed and comfortable with a simpler life. Maybe it will be a good balance for her but I understand why some people might question his intentions. The positive is that he’s not seeking the limelight and I like that about him

Agree with you guys on the producers ruining the show this season. Vanderpump's role in trying to rehabilitate Tom and vilify Ariana, and recruiting Scheana and Lala to be the ones opposing Ariana at every turn has hurt the audience's conceptualization of the friendships. It's also taking the audience on a road to forgive an irredeemable narcissist.
We're not having it.
Can't agree more with Steele, none of your business anyone else is doing. If you are triggered look at yourself, maybe shooter was called weird as a child and is now triggered by Jo. Calling people weird as an adult is a huge turn off and extremely insecure.

I think it’s pretty obvious that Dan is a rebound relationship. Emotionally healthy people take time to heal themselves before dating again after breakups…

Healthy people know there’s no one rule fits all.
Her relationship ended in a way that she knows it was unhealthy and it was not her fault, and that she didn’t need to fight for it
She might need to process some of the like lies and deceit and the emotions, but she does not need to process the end of this relationship.
She’s in a slightly better position than most, leaving this toxic relationship
She isn’t as likely to go back to another abusive relationship right away, especially since this relationship she’s in has been long distance for a year, so that’s moving pretty slow and not letting yourself get caught up in hormones, and the release of chemicals in your brain during sex.
Tom was a douche when he was with Ariana. Everyone was fine with him then, no reason to keep hating. Just be indifferent and stop wanting to have a Let's be cruel to Tom show. It's old. This season sucks because they needed Rachel back. That's facts, and Lala may be coming off as jealous - but she's the one attempting to bring some drama. She really is all people talk about besides Scheana being selfish... but she's always been that way. Is that really news, OR are we bored?

Most people don’t like what Lala is doing. Most of us are fine actually seen Tom get held accountable. We’re not liking them, placating him and acting like he’s a victim of his own behavior.
Watching a narcissist get coddled is what’s making the show unwatchable
I feel like I’m watching season three of friends not watching a real group of friends deal with actual life situation like one of your friends in your group turning out to be a complete snake
In the real world, you would draw lines in the sand in the real world. You would pick a side because that’s a healthy thing to do because not picking aside, and I kind of scenario is picking a side and it’s the side of the person causing the abuse and harm.
On a scripted show, you can have them all pretend it’s fine and no one‘s feelings are really there and hurt
Reality show should be realistic and show us the actual feelings and emotions that you go through any scenarios
