To be fair, Paulie was wasting his breath.
A guy that can't read between the lines when a mob boss tells you "Leave this to me, I don't want to see you get hurt..." is never going to be bright enough to understand EBITDA.

The irony and hypocrisy with this is the funny part. Tony and Dick were very close, and Tony complains to Phil about "business bleeding into other shit" ... this is a prime example here, Jason is Dick's son and probably views Tony as "an uncle" since he was a kid, yet Tony will just walk all over him when it comes to money since Dick is out of the picture.
Biggest theme of the show basically, Tony just taking advantage of friendships (and non friendships) and being a scumbag 🤣.
Tony even took advantage of his own wife, cousin (Tony B), nephew (chris) and uncle... the only people he won't take advantage of are his own children.

Right? I was going to say, if you’re a cpa who doesn’t know what EBITDA stands for it’s kinda scary. Also, how did you get the other letters and not amortization? Amortization would naturally follow depreciation.
      I’m hoping it’s a joke.
