You can practically max out a mana’s lvl easily by getting a xp note and starting up a red drop just to kill the lvl 300s that spawn
Never really thought to do drops in order to level. I usually just get a 2x and 4x, then kill corrupt spinos

It's called the orbit cam. If you hit K on PC, it will do it for most servers.

You can work with other tribes as long as you don't exceed 6 players. According to the devs anyway.
